Luxury 2-Story Oceanfront Condo w/ Views & Pool

Condo was great and as described.

We recently stayed in this oceanfront condo. Coming up to our arrival we received lots of communication regarding our check in process. While the condo does have beautiful ocean views and is very spacious, we unfortunately had several issues during our stay and were unable to have them resolved as communication became difficult. While bugs may be common in tropical locations, we noticed several unwanted bugs in the condo and had difficulty reaching anyone both through VRBO site, previous modes of communication, or at the multiple contact numbers listed for urgent matters. We never had the issue addressed and had to purchase our own bug spray and traps. Also, as the condo does not have A/C and the windows don't actually close, you must keep them open for the breeze to keep the condo comfortable. This also makes it difficult to sleep as you are located in a busy part of town and frequently hear the traffic (ambulances, loud car music) and chickens and roosters at all hours of the night and early morning. Overall, we enjoyed Kauai, Coconut Market, Lava Lava Restaurant and you must go to Smith Family Luau, and many other food and shopping locations. Had we had better communication and our issue addressed, we would have been able to provided a higher rating.

The house was beautiful and the location perfect. We were walking distance from shops and restaurants. The beach was gorgeous and usually empty. A couple of the steps down were very steep and the elderly people in our group struggled a little. They can go out of the property and walk down a public access walkway instead. There were life jackets and snorkel fins in the closet. There was plenty of linen and towels. The only surprise for me was the bed across from the kitchen. It’s a foldout on a flat piece of wood. If you have multiple adults in your group they might struggle on that bed. Kids would be fine on it though. We would rent this property again.

We had so much fun! Perfect location for lots of activities. Loved the Lanai. Great condo for multi generation vacation!!! We will be back!

The view and location are amazing! The home is right on the ocean and centrally located.

The Perfect Hawaiian Getaway! From the moment we arrived, we knew this place was something special. The beachfront views are absolutely breathtaking — we woke up every morning to the sound of gentle waves and watched unforgettable sunsets right from the balcony! The space was spotless, beautifully decorated, and had every amenity we could possibly need.Our hosts were incredibly welcoming and responsive! We especially loved the little touches beach chairs, and even local coffee to start our mornings right.The location couldn’t be better: steps from the sand, a short walk to shops and restaurants, and just a quick drive to all the island’s top attractions. Whether you’re looking to relax or explore this place is amazing !!! I can’t wait to come back thank you guys for an unforgettable experience

Great Location, However We were disappointed in the, “Lack of detail”, that was NOT paid attention to overall cleanliness and maintenance. Several lightbulbs out, Broken and rusted out fans. ( that would’ve not been a big deal if there was AC but there’s no AC so you count on fans to keep the breeze blowing.) carpet filthy with stains, living room and bedroom upstairs; Couch, dirty all the towels smelled like musty mildew. The grill was missing the grate, was absolutely filthy could not use. I had random people texting me asking me how my stay was going when I answered them with pictures and told them about my concerns. It was either “crickets” or I was told the management team would be in touch, which never happened.

Excellent location with all the amenities. Beautiful views! Host had clear communication that let us know all we needed.

Very nice property! Check-in, Wi-Fi, and kitchen and beach play extras were a nice bonus. Recommend a good outdoor bbq grill burner cleaning or replacement as grilling was difficult with hot spots and uneven temps.

Conveniently located near lots of restaurants. Nice pool. Lots of space.

We had a very enjoyable stay at the condo .The view was superb and we could not ask for a better kitchen ( newly renovated and fully equipped ).The location also was ideal, a block to the Wailua river for kayaking, 1/2 a mile to the most beautiful bike trail in Hawaii .That said, the unit does need some updating especially in the guest bedroom.We have pointed out some details that could use some attention asap and the management has been very receptive .We will definitely recommend this unit if improvements are done to the guest bedroom.

The best views. Beautiful sunrise every morning. Good accommodations for up to 6 people. Fully stocked kitchen, snorkeling equipment, beach towels. We had the best time together.

The house was great for our family of six (one toddler and one infant) and local visitors. We used the pool and the local beach access. Both were wonderful, but the beach was better. Communications with the managers were easy and responsive.The continuous sounds of the wind in the trees and the ocean’s waves were so very relaxing. We even spotted whales off in the distance on several occasions.

We loved this place, spacious for our group of 8, loved spending time on the large deck over coffee, beautiful sunrise every morning. The pool came in handy for the kids after a day at the beach. We all had a wonderful time and plan to go back.

The location was good but the property didn't have A/C which made it uncomfortable to enjoy ourself, it was pretty humid which made us sweat alot.

We really enjoyed our stay at this property. It was nice being on the porch with oceanfront view . Close to shops and dining. We def would stay here again.
