Luxury 2 BR Apt w/ King Bed

The apartment itself was great. The bed was very comfortable. The bedroom facing Rowley was not as quiet due to heavy traffic. My one complaint was the old, matted brown carpet. Replacing it would not be expensive. Also, there is no house number on the property, making it difficult to find. Expedia sent me an email saying I would be getting check in instructions from VRBO, which didn’t happen, so I had to get the door code from the host. Later, I noticed that Expedia had sent me the information via their app. Great for pets with easy access to let them out.

The property was very nice and clean. Check in and check out was a breeze. The only negative that kept this review from being a five star is the wall A/C in the living room did not cool the bedrooms effectively.

It was comfortable and perfect for what we needed it for. Plenty of room for my family. The road it is next to is a slightly busy. But we brought our sound machine so the kids could sleep.

Unit was as listed. We felt it was noisy with traffic sounds throughout the night that we are not use to.

It was very clean and organized. We did have trouble finding the address, could be better marked from the street. The only issue in the house was the recliner was hard to use. Everything else was great.

very nice renovated condo! LOVE the great scent as we walk in the door each time! Very nice decor! although the ac did not seem to work well the laat day 13th. Turned down to 60 but not very cool. opened the patio door ..was cooler than inside.might want to ck it out. A nicer ashower head would be nice in the one bathroom with the tub. But def an overall rating of 10! LOVED and enjoyed our stay you!

Very clean, very accessible, only issue was AC could not keep up and the location did not have an address posted on the building. Did not get notification on the key code to enter the building had to call the owner who was fantastic

Answers and resolutions will be provided in a very pleasant, professional manner.The 4- way stop outside is as described by others. There will be traffic normal to the edge of a town with 15000 residents. It took me about 5 minutes to adjust and I experienced no problems watching TV or sleeping.I would definitely stay at the property again in the future.

We stayed here for 5 nights. Price is great, place is clean, beds are comfy, has everything we need to cook. I just wish there were a TV in the master bedroom. Great location. Will definitely stay again!

The host Benjamin was a great communicator and made everything so easy. The place was exactly like the pictures showed it to be. Hope this place is available my next time in Mitchell as it is my first choice.

We stayed during the Corn Palace Festival. The unit was almost half the price of hotel rooms. This part of a 4-plex, and sits on a busy corner with a 4-way stop. We found it a little loud. We used the air conditioner & fan to drown out the noise. That worked well. The kitchen did not have many utensils & silverware, so it might be hard to prepare your meals. The beds were comfortable. We would recommend this unit.

We enjoyed our stay! Nice apartment, clean, updated. Though minor, there was a little noise from the 4 way stop on the corner. But once we were asleep we didnt notice it. We would stay there again.

We stayed during first week of August and the air struggled to keep up. Overnight it cooled off and it was fine. The only other complaint was that its in a four-plex and the neighbors were smoking in their units and you could smell it in this unit. Over all though, it was a cute unit that had everything we needed for just one night. Right off the interstate and conveniently located.

Our daughter’s, in-laws, from Germany actually stayed there. I dropped them off and noticed that it was very clean and was a very nice apartment for the price. We called the owner to ask a few questions ahead of their stay, and he was very easy to get ahold of, and answered all of our questions. The international guests were very happy with their stay.

Fully equipped apartment in a fourplex. Comfortable beds, huge TV with streaming services, modern kitchen with all appliances but a garbage disposal.
