Luxury 2 Bedroom Apartment with View of the Sea

Apartment #6 is fully secure, with a private gate and electronic lock, before getting to the front door. Stepping through the front door, you enter one great room, which includes a dining room, large kitchen, and living room. The two-ton air conditioning unit keeps this great room at a perfect temperature, even in the hottest days of summer. Through the sliding glass door off the living room, you can see the Sea of Cortez, which is just one block away. Step outside this sliding glass door, relax on the deck, where there is a small table, a couple of chairs, and an ocean view (where you are free to smoke, have your morning coffee, or just enjoy the view). On the wall in the living room is a modern 54 flat screen smart television that is connected to a Dishnet satellite, as well as to the Internet. Feel free to bring your favorite media and plug it into the television). You can watch the television from the comfy sofas in the living room. One of those sofas also folds into an extra bed.
In the large kitchen, there is an abundance of cabinettes for amble food storage; and a large refrigerator which also has a freezer is also useful for food storage; finally, there is a separate pantry for even more storage, located adjacent to the kitchen. The essentials for food preparation and indoor dining are found in the cupboards, including pots, pans, dishes, utensils, coffee maker, and more. The large dining table is surrounded by six wooden chairs, perfect for group meals. You can connect to the internet anywhere in the apartment via the wifi modem which is located near the dining room table.

You can sit on the King size bed in the master bedroom and take in the ocean view through the east facing window. On each side of the king size bed are useful end tables (where you can recharge your cell phones if you like). The north facing window in the master bedroom has a view of the backyard and the swimming pool [which is due to be complete on or before October 9, 2020]. If the full bathroom in the hallway is currently being occupied, the master bedroom has its own separate half-bathroom (which is especially useful if your need is urgent). Connected to the half bathroom is the walk-in closet, with a chest of drawers, for the master bedroom. Like other rooms in the apartment, the master bedroom has its own air conditioning system (which also functions as a heater, if necessary in the winter).

The second bedroom has a queen size bed and a large closet and chest of drawers, two end tables. The window in the second bedroom has a north facing view of the backyard and the swimming pool. The A/C / heater keeps the room at a desirable temperature.

The main bathroom is located between the master bedroom and the second bedroom, and has a large shower with a bench. The adjustable shower head is detachable and on a hose, so you can direct the stream wherever it pleases you. Plenty of hot water and good water pressure assure an enjoyable shower experience.

The backyard is a common area which has a clean and comfortably heated swimming pool, surrounded by lounge chairs and tables. There is also an outdoor kitchen, gas barbecue and a large outdoor dining area, all available for use by guests. Above the outdoor kitchen is the gym area. There is a doorway from the pool area to a private outdoor garden and secure parking lot.

Located in a quiet neighborhood of beautiful beach houses makes the walk along the beach safe and secure, a short distance to beach palapas and the Malecon (the sea wall walkway). We also have several bikes and a two person kayak available for use by guests.

Riding bikes to the Loreto Plaza is a lot of fun, just a straight shot down Madero Street; and then to the old Loreto Mission, and to the Malecon, and then back home again. So many possibilities for enjoyment and having fun!
