Stayed Nov 29, 2024Had a wonderful stay, I commend the unit for its cleanliness, cozy atmosphere and outstanding communication with the host. Everything is new and well maintained. A few minor negatives, the unit is an attachment to a main house in very close proximity and a few added comforts would be nice.

Stayed Jan 1, 2026We were able to bring our dogs. The neighborhood was nice and safe to walk around. There was a beautiful dog park within a half mile.

Stayed Nov 26, 2025Clean, comfy stay again visiting family in nearby neighborhood for the holiday weekend. Just a spot to shower and sleep, but perfect for that again, just like last year.

Stayed Nov 25, 2024Mina was very responsive any time you needed to contact her. Place was pretty quiet most of the time. It's in a new tract and the neighborhood seems quite nice. Walkable, for sure. And an easy walk to the Badlands, if you want a nice hike. Place is pretty stark; functional, but not much charm. Futon in living room was the only thing to sit on, and it was very uncomfortable. Not necessarily a place you just wanna hang around, but as a base to explore the surrounding community and wild lands, it's fine.
