It is a manor house, typical of the area, belongs to my family for more than a century. In order to optimize its conservation, continuous renovations have been made, the last one in 2012, preserving the antique furniture and decoration accordingly. Stayed Aug 3, 2024Property is within walking distance of the main plazas and the river/ocean. Lots of restaurants and shopping. Only downside is parking is only available on street and not always close. There is plenty of room to load and unload things temporarily. Owner is very nice and the apartment is furnished nicely in an older Spanish style. We truly enjoyed our week there.

Stayed Jul 8, 2024We so enjoyed our first stay in the apartment, that we returned again this year. The apartment suits us completely - in the centre of Sanlucar with all the bars but nice and quiet, a short walk to the beach, walking distance to food shops,, free parking outside almost always possible. Josefa is a charming lady and our communications with her have always been excellent. All in all - excellent :)
