Stayed Jul 4, 202512 nights in a stunning penthouse. Everything you could want is provided. Attention to detail is first class. Only 10 minute walk to marina. Sun and shade on the balcony so caters for everyone.

Stayed Sep 1, 2024We've rented a few apartments over the past few years in the Duquesa/Manilva area and this tops them all. What an absolutely stunning apartment, beautifully equipped, everything you'd need for the perfect vacation, clean, tidy and an amazing outdoor terrace with beautiful views, lovely in the morning to watch the sun appear out of the sea. The host, Amanda was equally amazing, very attentive and ensured we were happy at all times. If you're looking for somewhere to stay in this area you won't beat this place. 10-15min walk down the hill to the port at Duquesa and also Sabinillas and a cheap taxi ride back up if you don't fancy the walk after a couple of wines!! (Just over €8 in Sept 24).

Stayed Aug 12, 2024This penthouse was excellent for our party of 8 to visit family in Spain. Ideal location for our many day trips out, quick walk to one of our favourite beaches and town in Sabinillas. Short walk down the hill to the bars and restaurants at Port of La Duquesa. The property had every amenity, eating out on the terrace with the views was a particular highlight. The pool with such easy access for the numerous sunbeds a big hit with all of us, there was so much attention to detail to make sure you never needed anything in the apartment which was so spacious for all of us. The parking in the garage for our 2 cars and easy access with the lift straight to the apartment was brilliant. Amanda was so very helpful with any questions and answered straightaway making the holiday so easy. This apartment was an absolute gem of a find and really made our family holiday very special. Would highly recommend and we all would love to return in the future. Thank you Amanda.

The property owner went out of her way to ensure everything was in order at all times and extremely responsive to any queries we had. Would come back again for sure!
