Our apartment is superbly well appointed and provided with everything you will need during your peaceful stay.
It is on the 4th floor, the swimming pool is on the 1st floor next to the elevator exit. From the terrace you have a side view of the marina and the golf course.

PORTO FINO is built around the port which boasts a large number of restaurants, Spanish and European cuisine. Cafetarias, tapas bars, ... all located around the 3 marinas.

GOLF is an important activity in Almerimar and the Porto Fino complex is located just opposite the 27-hole golf course. The surface of +/- 80ha. Will enchant golfers, young and old, with the beauty of the landscapes and lakes.

THE KITCHEN is fully equipped, ceramic hob, oven, fridge, freezer, dishwasher, Senseo coffee machine, electric kettle, outdoor table grill and toaster. You will also find a washing machine, a vacuum cleaner, a hairdryer, an ironing board and an iron.

The LIVING ROOM contains a comfortable sofa, a Smart-TV, FREE WIFI, a bar and air conditioning.

The MASTER BEDROOM has a 180x200cm bed, blackout curtains, bed sheets and duvet for winter incl. The built-in wardrobe has plenty of space for clothes, shoes and suitcases. The bedroom has air conditioning.

The 2nd BEDROOM has a 160x190cm bed, bed sheets and duvet for winter incl. , mirror, blackout curtains and also a large built-in wardrobe.

THE BATHROOM has a bath / shower, toilet, bidet, laundry basket, sink with mirror cabinet and towels are provided and INCLUDED.

On the covered TERRACE there is a table for 4 people.

Smoking is not allowed in the apartment but tolerated on the terrace.
Water and electricity are incl. in the rental. Please do not use the air conditioning, open windows or while you are away.

If desired, secured underground parking space, in option (need to be reserved) for 4€/day.

The cleaning and laundry is included in the offer.
