Hello, dear guests. We invite you to stay in one of the most prestigious places in the city, rashid behbudov street 54. The apartment is located on the 15th floor of the new tilted building. There is a 24/7 security service around the building, ensuring your family stays safe and comfortable. There are kitchen and utensils for you to cook your own meals. Our apartment has 2 bedrooms, 1 living room, 1 toilet and 1 bathroom + Toiletry. I will be happy to welcome you :)

Our apartment islocated in one of the most prestigious places of the city center. From Apartment to Fountains Square: 1.8 km, 28 Mall: 700m Park Boulevard: 1.4 km, Baku Boulevard: 1.7 km and the city's most famous nightclubs 1-2 km from our apartment has. Baku historical Maiden's Tower is 2.4 km from the apartment, and the Shirvan Shahlar Fortress is 2.7 km from the apartment.

I booked this property for the 2024 F1 race in Baku. Zero communication from the property owner. I reached out to try and get instructions for access to the property and heard nothing from them so I reached out to VRBO. After numerous attempts by me and VRBO to contact the owner he finally answered his phone and said hi unit wasn’t available for the weekend. To say this let me stranded is an overstatement. The only non roach motels still available we more than 7 times the price I had paid for this unit because it was so late for a huge weekend in tourism in Baku. Didn’t get so much as an apology from the owner. Stay far far away.
