Note: Minut device is installed in the unit. Minut monitors sound levels, and notifies you when it detects loud noises. It keeps our home safe and neighbors happy while respecting our guests' privacy. No Intrusive Cameras or audio recording devices, this only monitors noise levels based on decibels.

A sound's loudness is measured in decibels (dB). Normal conversation is about 60 dB, a lawn mower is about 90 dB, and a loud rock concert is about 120 dB. This device is set to notify you by text if noise goes over 75 decibels for 10 minutes or more. If you get a text message from the device please make sure you keep the noise levels down as requested.

    This apartment was so nice and in a great location! One of the chairs at the kitchen had a wobbly leg - be sure to get that fixed so one of your future guests doesn't get hurt! Beautiful space and had everything we needed. There was a strange smell in the apartment - not sure if it was the cleaning supplies used. Thank you!

    Was good. Beds comfortable, coffee and filters present, no other pantry items. Loft area gets warm. Whole condo is bright in the morning if that matters to you. Instructions are spot on and accurate for parking and entry points. Dusty in areas other the obvious surfaces, no issue for me but noted. Good location, slightly east of the more dense eateries.

    Our family spent 3 nights at this place. We were very comfortable with it. The place is very safe, quiet and clean. The location was great near to the Zoo, coffee shops and great restaurants. Our 2 sons enjoyed the gym and mentioned that had great and clean workout equipment. We were happy that it offered parking and laundry facilities in the unit.     Property was exactly as listed and location was PERFECT for downtown exploration within walking distance of many good places to eat. Unit was massively clean and beds super comfy. Oh and the pool was where you’d find us mostly :)Would highly recommend and thank you for the accommodations!!

    Overall the apartment was nice and clean. The process to check in was easy and the indoor parking was great. The beds were comfortable. Areas for improvement: In the kitchen, cutting boards and cooking utensils were past their useful lives. Not enough pots and pans to really cook a meal. No baking sheets or large frying pan, etc.. In the living room, the yellow chair is past its life, not comfortable and worn out. The apartment had enough towels, but only 3 washcloths? For a place that can sleep 8 you should have at least a dozen washcloths.

    Our stay at this beautiful Salt Lake City condo was absolutely wonderful. The unit was impeccably clean, well-kept, and incredibly inviting, with everything we needed to feel at home from the moment we arrived. It was thoughtfully stocked with all the essential amenities to get us started, making our trip stress-free and enjoyable.The private garage parking was a huge bonus—secure, warm, and convenient—especially during the chilly evenings. The condo’s location was ideal, offering close proximity to Salt Lake City’s vibrant downtown, nearby ski resorts and mountains, and even within driveable distance to the Bonneville Salt Flats, which was a memorable day trip for us.The host was exceptional—quick to respond and eager to assist. Any questions we had were answered promptly, and on the rare occasion we had a small issue, it was resolved immediately with care and professionalism.The condo itself was a peaceful retreat, yet perfectly situated to enjoy both the bustling city and the stunning outdoor adventures Utah is known for. It’s clear the host takes great pride in maintaining this property and providing an excellent experience for guests.We loved every moment of our stay and would absolutely return.
