Luminous apartment with garden

Hosts were very helpful and flexible. Property ideally located. Plenty of space with massive bedrooms (both). Supermarket just round the corner and bakery 80 metres away. Also good restaurants down the road.

My family and I so enjoyed staying at this apartment. Location was great, apartment was clean and comfortable, and check in couldn’t have been easier. It was nice to be a few streets away from the bustling tourist area, especially at the height of the busy season. I’d stay here again, absolutely.

We all enjoyed the neighborhood, which was a little less touristy than Rialto or S Marco would have been. The apartment was bright and roomy and had access to a lovely quiet garden. Orial, who met us was friendly and helpful. We had a great week.

A lot of stairs to the property which has roomy bedrooms but a limited space in the bathroom and sitting area. Francesco the host met us at the Vaparetto stop and was on hand for any questions and advice. Very helpful. A perfect location in a quiet neighbourhood, close to San Marco etc.

We were told what vaporetto stop to go to and were met there by Francesco. It would be very hard to find otherwise! We used it as a home base while we explored the city. It is very close to the Ospedale stop and from there it’s easy to get to most of the other sestieri. The apartment is large and well-light, if somewhat sparsely furnished. It is also up two long, steep sets of stairs, so take your physical limits into consideration.

We had a wonderful stay. We were given very accurate directions for our arrival. We were met by Fransceco at the Ospedale vaporetto stop and walked to the suite. It was great to get some local perspective and directions for different places from someone local. The suite was clean and the beds were comfortable. It was very quiet and restful at night. The perfect location for walking around Venice or going to local restaurants. I would highly recommend staying in this area and at this suite. We couldn't have been happier.

Spacious flat, everything available, landlords are very friendly and helpful. Price for the accommodation is absolutely fine - NO DISCOUNT!!!! Location is perfect, everything within 15 minutes walking distance. We felt very comfortable and I can only recommend it!
