Stayed Nov 24, 2022May's apartment exceeded all of our expectations and was even nicer in real life than in the pictures. The view and balcony are beyond words. May was also so pleasant, flexible, and accommodating. If we had a question, she was quick to reply with a suggestions or solutions. This experience gets a 10 out of 10 for me :) - Xavier

Stayed Feb 25, 2020A clean and comfortable apartment with great views across the bay. If you surf and don’t mind reef breaks and boulder beach breaks you’ll love it. Access to the saltwater pool is a nice bonus and there are good restaurants close by. Strolling on the prom, walking the mountains, eating out or just hanging out and taking in the view from the balcony all make the days go quickly. The locals are friendly and it’s not too busy in February/March but the weather may not be sunshine every day. May is a kind and friendly host with lots of local info.

Stayed Dec 31, 1969The owners were so helpful agreeing to meet us later than we had planned. Though small the apartment is really well designed so lots of space and utilities. The views from the apartment are incredible, and ambience of the local area is perfect. V relaxing and peaceful with family run restaurants a stone's throw on the seafront. We were happy to have hired a car to explore from this base. The natural pool and sea swimming just by the apartment was really good. Only problem was Wi-Fi. We would have paid extra for it if it worked- mobile data was expensive for a week away.

Stayed Mar 5, 2019Best equipped kitchen we’ve had ever had, sharp knives, NON-stick frying pans, and some useful basic ingredients. The fruit and cava left by May the owner were put to good use, we made some bucks-fizz with the oranges, using the electric squeezer. Nicely furnished with simple modern furniture with plenty of storage. The studio is well positioned at the corner of the building on the first floor, (there is a lift), giving a wide view over the coastal area and town. As to the view, absolutely fantastic, we could have watched the rollers all day. If the waves aren’t good enough for you there are also surfers to watch. If you like cakes/pastries we recommend La Caseta, (it’s also a restaurant), yummy. Surrounding area is really beautiful, and very different to the south of the island, being quite green. If you are after 100% sun then you may be a bit disappointed, but that’s why it’s green. Will definitely be back, that’s if it’s not fully booked! Robert & Lynn J. Penclawdd, S Wales
