Stayed Oct 1, 2025My family and I loved this property. The location was perfect for our needs providing easy access to Wasatch Mountains and the Salt Lake City area. The accommodations are exactly as advertised and the property owner, Debi, is a pleasure to work with. She answered any questions we had and made us feel very welcome during our stay. The property is located in a very beautiful, quiet neighborhood with your choice of parking in the driveway or street parking. The accommodations are located on the bottom floor of a house, but completely separate from the upper floors. It has a private entrance on the side of property that provides a very quiet and secluded feel. Cleanliness is a very high priority and this property was exactly that, providing a very clean, spacious, and completely furnished kitchen, living space, a washer and dryer room, two large bedrooms and a one bathroom. As noted by the owner in the property details, the closet in the second bedroom houses the central AC/Heat system as well as the water heater. If you plan to use this bedroom be aware you can hear these units when in use. Overall, the property exceeded our expectations and we would stay here again during future trips to SLC. Thank you Debi!

Stayed May 19, 2025One of, if not the nicest, VRBO properties my wife & I have stayed. Very nice private apartment in a lovely home, in a quiet residential neighborhood. Apartment is well equipped with all we needed to make it feel like home away from home. Short drive to downtown SLC and slightly longer to Antelope Is to see the Great Salt Lake, which I highly recommend.

Stayed Jul 18, 2024We stayed 2 nights at this wonderful home while we stopped over at Salt Lake City on our way back from visit Grand Teton and Yellowstone National Parks. The home features were truly described in the website. The home is well appointed, the beds are very comfortable. Debi is one of the most wonderful host we have experienced with. She was very thoughtful, responsive, kind and friendly while we stayed at her home. She prepared instructions about the home anmenities even placed some snacks out for us before we arrived. We enjoyed her pool during our stays. The home is located in a very quiet, safe and beautiful street in North Salt Lake City. It is easy to drive into downtown and to the airport. We definitely will stay with Debi again if we return to the area.
