Lovely Historic 2 bedroom steps to Riverwalk -Fully stocked!

Steve was a fantastic host, with quick replies and dining recommendations. The property is really nice, has a great front porch, perfect location, and everything you need. The layout is a little funky (you need to go through one bedroom to get to the other, and the shower head is extremely low for us tall folks. But we'd definitely stay there again.

We brought our family in early before a vacation so that my daughter could tour UNCW. Super easy way to start our trip. House was very cool, built in 1901 and so much character. Clean and easy access.

It was a beautiful place for anytime of the year. Two bedrooms , two bathrooms. TVs in every room . Lovely fireplaces, beautiful dining room set. The kitchen is stocked with coffee, creamers, sugar, spices, and if you have a mind to Cook , it has all the necessary pots, pans, dishes, etc.

Everything was great! Super charming apartment. Spotless.And the location was fantastic. I hope it’s available on my next trip to Wilmington!

We enjoyed our stay for a short spring break trip with our 3 year old daughter. The adjoined bedrooms were perfect for our setup-- she went to bed early in the back bedroom so we could stay up later without disrupting her. The kitchen was well stocked with everything we needed to cook some meals. We enjoyed so much that Wilmington has to offer by foot due to the house's proximity to downtown and the riverwalk. We left our car parked in the provided space for most of our trip while we walked to breweries, coffee shops, and restaurants. Everything was clean and comfortable, which made the space feel like home away from home. Lastly, Steven was super efficient and friendly in communication and check in instructions were a breeze.

Nice place. Beds were very comfortable. Within walking distance to downtown riverfront. Off-street parking but plenty of on street parking as well. Trouble with the digital door lock once but the owner answered my phone call and took care of it immediately.

Steven, our host, was so welcoming and the instructions for accessing the house were clearly explained. The house was perfect for my son and I. We came to tour UNCW and make a nice long weekend of it and the house was a perfect location. The waterfront was an easy walk and a great spot for dinner.

Amazing location in the historic district. Lots of space to accommodate people spreading out for activities. Kitchen is well-quipped, and the host went above and beyond by labeling drawers and cabinets to make it easy to find everything.

This was such a beautiful home and a welcome respite for our trip to NC. We even cooked dinner for some family members which allowed us time to visit and connect….a much better choice than a restaurant.The location is so perfect as well. We did not have a car and enjoyed walking to area restaurants and shops.

Clean and comfortable. Great location. The closets were hard to use due to hideabeds, bedding, and a pack and play being in them but everything was clean and working well. The host communicated well through our stay and the matresses were wonderful.

Perfect for our family of five! Spacious apartment with two bedrooms connected by a short hallway and bathroom — worked great for us, but note one bedroom is accessed through the other. The kitchen and the rest of the home were incredibly well stocked, and the dining and living rooms were beautiful and comfortable.Unbeatable location in the historic district, just a few blocks from the Riverwalk. Street out front can be busy, but parking was easy with a spot behind plus plenty of street parking.Great communication with the hosts and smooth check-in/check-out. Highly recommend for a Wilmington stay!

This is a great space and is walking distance to the Riverwalk. It was comfortable and convenient. A great choice for us as first time visitors! Great for a family.

Gorgeous historic home in a beautiful neighborhood, close to restaurants and the Riverwalk! It was clean, comfortable and very welcoming, with lots of charm. Wish we could have stayed there longer and would definitely return to this house. Communication with the host could not have been better!

Clean and great location.

My husband and I traveled with our two children to Wilmington for 5 days. This property was a perfect location within walking distance to everything including the restaurants, riverwalk and children’s museum. The home is old but kept up with well. We needed more towels when we arrived and Steve answered immediately and had them delivered along with water, milk, and paper products within an hour. Parking was great off the street and partially covered. Entry to unit was simple. We couldn’t figure out how to turn on any of the overhead lights but there were enough lamps that worked fine. The only thing I would add would be access to a washer and dryer since we had children and after 5 days walking in the heat, we collected quite a bit of dirty laundry :) but I knew that when booking the property.

This was a great property. My friend and I had a fantastic stay and the house was great. We love old homes and this one was awesome!! It had a modern flair but the floors, doors, closets, high ceilings...nice!!

It was not clear to me that the 2nd bedroom was a walk through from the first bedroom.

The house was lovely and had everything we needed for our family of four. Three tvs and two toilets with room to spread out is great when traveling with kids. We were able to walk to the downtown area with ease. Lots of other area attractions were just a short drive. So many food and beverage options available!! The house itself was comfortable and safe. Finding coffee, creamer, and sugar upon arrival was a treat that our tired souls needed. The front porch with its lovely breeze was a great spot for morning coffee and an evening nightcap. We truly enjoyed our stay.

I came with my sister for a long weekend to see Wilmington. My sister and I have been lifelong fans of one tree hill and came to explore the city it was filmed in. We loved our stay, Steve was so responsive and hospitable. Would definitely come back in the future. The place had so much character and was spacious and clean. We loved it!

We had the lower unit and it was absolutely lovely. Even though 3rd street is pretty busy, it is a beautiful area and we walked to all riverfront attractions. The weather was cool the first night and I appreciated the space heater in the back bedroom. Thank you for a wonderful time!!

Just a short getaway two hours from home, but just enough to have a pleasant evening with a friend. Do a lot of shopping a little eating, and a lot of walking. This location made it easy to get to the waterfront with shops and restaurants. Home was lovely. Plenty of room and coffee. would definitely give this a 10 and recommend.

We stayed twice in Steven's place, which is a treasure: beautifully and comprehensively furnished, supremely comfortable, and conveniently located in Wilmington's historic district. He makes everything, from check in to check out, easy. And the price is reasonable. If you are in need of a place to stay in Wilmington, his cannot be beat. We go through there often and will be back soon.

I loved my stay at this cute, comfortable unit! It had everything I needed. And it was a short walk to downtown for a morning coffee and / or a little shopping. Plenty of street parking and easy access to major thoroughfares made getting around town a breeze. I would definitely stay there again!

This home has a well-stocked kitchen, bathroom and was very clean. We loved how close it was to downtown and the river district.

Good location

We loved our stay. The house has everything you need - including k-cups and creamer! Parking was super easy in back or on the street right in front - we walked everywhere! We loved the beautiful historic homes all around us. Be aware that you must walk through one bedroom to get to the other (and then those 2 bedrooms share a bathroom) - no big deal for families, but perhaps 2 couples may find this awkward. Owner was very kind. We would definitely stay here again.

This property was just lovely. The pictures tell the story. Wait--the pictures don't include the neighborhood. It was such a great neighborhood that I was a little taken aback when I traveled around the rest of the city... I entertained my cousins in the gorgeous front room, which featured a piano and decorative fireplace. The kitchen was modern and well stocked. The dining room was beautiful. It worked perfectly as my office as well as my eating area. The bedrooms and beds were huge. I chose the one with a seating area, where I could watch one of the two televisions. Everything worked exactly as described, and communication was prompt, and really helpful. Fantastic, all-too-brief stay!

Overall the place was great. Was not told where to place garbage so left in front of property where another bag was left. The front window was opened but we could not get it to close back. Left info with Steven and I am sure he will have it taken care of asap. This was an excellent rental for the Thanksgiving we had at this VRBO.

Everything was very nice and clean in the home. The only thing I would say is that the bedrooms are not necessarily private you have to walk through one bedroom to get to the other so if someone was in the back bedroom they would have walk through the front bedroom to get to the main space.

It was a great experience. Courtney was great. We had a problem with the TVs. She got them all working. Just for your info. The tub faucet keeps dripping!

Stopped in for a quick conference in Wilmington and this was a great place for me and a staff member on my team to stay the night. Very close to Front Street shops, restaurants, and night life. We walked to a restaurant for dinner. Safe spot, lots of history all around. House was clean, communication was great, would definitely stay here again.

We had an amazing time! The place was beautifully decorated! The moment we walked in we wished we would have booked it for another night! Great location will book again!

Loved the home and the area. Only issue is I couldnt get the ceiling fan in the front bedroom and Livingroom to work. Didnt want to bother the owner because it was not that important. Great place to stay in Wilmington.

This place was perfect for my fiancé and I. We still had room so if you have a child or multiple kids that don’t mind sharing a bed, you will have plenty of room. Communication with property manager was never lacking and always responded in a timely manner. This place is within walking distance of riverwalk and many shops and restaurants in that area as well All in all enjoyed my stay and wish it didn’t have to end.

The property was convenient to everywhere we needed to go in Wilmington. I loved exploring the historic neighborhood on my daily walks. Steve was prompt with assistance when needed.
