Lovely apartment with seaview from balcony

This is the second time my friend and I have stayed at this wonderful apartment. It is perfect in every way and we would love to return. Malin is a perfect host and very helpful. Thank you, again!

Lovely flat with a great location very close to the beach and harbour. Hosts were friendly and very helpful. The apartment has all of the practical features you might need. Terraces are a really welcome feature. Very safe and quiet area. Very clean inside and comfortable to stay in. Shops a little too far away for quick, easy shopping but one could take an Uber! Lots of restaurants nearby to suit every taste.Very close to Nice airport which makes it convenient to access.All in all very nice and an easy recommendation.Thankyou to Malin and Jonas x

Perfect Location, 5 min to the beach and the restaurants at the port. The appartement was perfect with two bathrooms, separat toilet balcony and rooftop terrace.

Very good welcome by the host. Lovely and clean with everything we needed. Close to beach and restaurants really enjoyed the apartment would highly recommend.

A Perfect Stay!We had the most wonderful stay at Malin & Jona’s Vrbo! The apartment was exactly as described.clean and well-maintained. You could tell that the host put a lot of thought and care into creating a comfortable and clutter free atmosphere.The location was perfect—close to the beach, restaurants and public transportations. I also really appreciated how responsive and helpful Malin was, she sent me a list of nice restaurants in the surrounding areas I genuinely can’t recommend this place enough! I give it 5 stars!!

We stayed for 5 nights in October. The apartment is very much as listed. There is everything you need to have a lovely holiday by the sea. It was spotlessly clean and very well stocked. We were only on the rooftop patio once as we were touring most of the time but it would be lovely to have time to relax there. I do need to mention that the staircase might be hard to manage for some, especially after a glass or two of lovely French wine! We did find that the area is more for a beach vacation and groups that prefer to eat in. The restaurants close by tend to cater more to the afternoon vacationers. This may be different in the summer months but at this time of year we found that we needed to drive to find restaurants with quality food. I would highly recommend this apartment for a long summer stay as it has everything you need to make you feel at home! For a short touring vacation this may not be the perfect spot.

Great apartment, great location, and awesome attendant.

Property was impressively clean and well-equipped. The rooms were a reasonable size. The location was quiet and peaceful, close to restaurants. Malin and her husband were really helpful and friendly.

We had an amazing stay in this apartment close to Nice. The apartment is well equipped (kitchensupplies, washing machine etc). Location is close to the airport and the city centre. Malin and Jonas are very nice and respond quickly to questions. You have your own parking space in a garage that is very safe. The view from the apartment and the roof terrace is stunning!! We will definitely come back here one day!

We loved everything about this apartment. The owners have thought of every detail and amenity you could need. The place was clean, updated beautifully and very spacious. The roof deck was the icing on the cake, we enjoyed coffee up there every morning and a glass of wine every evening. The beach access was close and there are Pony and Lime bikes to rent on the promenade which makes getting to Nice or Cagnes a breeze. Loved being so close to all of the restaurants at the pier. We highly recommend staying here and if we find ourselves back in the area we will look to book this place again!

Lovely clean apartment. Generous size with sea view. 100m to harbour and beach. Great location with easy access to all public transport. Would definitely recommend.
