Between Nice and Cannes, panoramic sea view, swimming pool

Absolutely amazing view from the balcony. Air conditioning was a must. Grocery and restaurant close by. Easy walk to the beach and public transport.Host was welcoming and very helpfulWould recommend 100%

We stayed here for 2 weeks and absolutely loved it! The property is really spacious, with plenty of room to relax, a large parking area, and an amazing swimming pool. There’s also lots of storage space, which makes it very practical for longer stays. The kitchen is in a separate room, which we really appreciated — especially when using the washing machine, as you can just close the door and hide away the noise.There are some lovely bakeries nearby and a big supermarket just a 5-minute walk away, which made everything very convenient.Audrey and Patrick are fantastic hosts — so welcoming and responsive. We had a small issue with the dishwasher during our stay and they dealt with it immediately, which was really reassuring.The villa is also a perfect base to explore the French Riviera. We drove easily to Monaco, Nice, and even across the border into Italy to visit San Remo.All in all, it was a brilliant stay — we would highly recommend it and would definitely stay here again!

Even if the apartment had not been in a lovely quiet neighborhood (and it was), or close to all shopping and some good local restaurants (and it was) or clean and inclusive of anything you might need (and it was). The panorama of Antibes and the sea from the balcony would be enough to recommend it. Audrey and Patrick (the owners) were perfect hosts. There when you needed them (pretty much any time of the day or night) and were flexible about anything that came up. The apartment is safe and quiet, comes with a large protected parking space and is situated in a quiet residential area. A benefit that isn't immediately evident is that if you want to go back up into the surrounding mountains, like to Vence or Grasse or St. Jeannet (all delightful villages perched on mountains) a back way off the road to the apartment will take you there and avoids all in town traffic.. We would stay there again in a heartbeat and highly recommend it for a trip to the area.

Great location for our needs. We really appreciated the air conditioner during the heat wave. Two comfortable beds and a nice space overall. The kitchen was great. We will stay again the next time we come to Nice.
