Lovely apartment 5 minutes to the beach, restaurants, shopping and services

Great communication by our host, very responsive.

Weather was perfect. Location is great.

Quiet well equipped apartment. We stayed for 10 days while our house was getting ready. Close to shopping and beach. Steep stairs in back may not be suited for everyone.

Everything was just how it was listed! We had a wonderful stay!

Unit was clean and beautifully decorated. Very comfortable especially the bed. Carmen was very friendly and offered to help on numerous occasions. I would highly recommend this rental for 1 or 2 people

Owner had great communication with my concerns

We stayed with our cat for 2 weeks. It was immaculate. The apartment is very close to the beach and in a safe area. Check-in was flawless and the owner Carmen responded to our questions promptly. The kitchenette was adequately stocked and bathroom and toiletries were plenty. Everything you would also want was available. Beach chairs, umbrella a hose to clean everything. A vacuum a washer and dryer with bleach, detergent and softener were available. I will comment be aware there are 18 steps to climb to get to the apartment. There is plenty of parking. We had a truck and plenty of room for 2 other vehicles if needed. Trash cans provided. We were so happy with our stay. My husband and I Stayed 3 nights. Very clean apartment. Nice size refrigerator/freezer. Amazing shower! Appears very new. Queen bed is high but they have a small step stool to assist. We did not use stove, microwave or toaster over during our visit. One note: there are 17 stairs up to the apartment. When it is wet they puddle and are slippery. We had a couple of days that had very heavy rain and in the evening it wasn't very well lit. Personally, ti believe the sheets were microfiber and too warm for me. Nice Cotton would have been better for the price.

Property is exactly as listed. Carmen was sweet and accommodating. This location is so close to a ton of beaches and a variety of activities. All I needed was the beach so it was perfect! Just the break I needed!

This spot is in a perfect location, not far from the beach. It was extremely clean inside, and having a washer and dryer was a plus. I ran into the hosts while I was passing through, and they were really friendly! I'd definitely stay here again, 10/10.

This place was amazing. I want to start by highlighting our host, Carmen, who was absolutely amazing and had exceptional hospitality. This place is an apartment above her home and it has all the amenities you could ask for. It was clean and absolutely fit the Florida vibe. It was seemless to check in and out which made our trip that much much care free. If you are looking for a place minutes to the beach with more than enough room and clean, this is it!!! If we ever come back this will be our go-to spot. Thank you Carmen for making our trip that much more memorable!

This rental was very dreamy. It was clean, affordable, easy to talk to the landlord, and had many ammenities. They had some beach equiptment for when we went to the beach as well as beach towels. The neighborhood was great and we felt like we could come and go as needed. We would absolutely stay here again. Thank you!
