The location is fantastic—just a mile from downtown Loveland, which we loved! However, we encountered a few issues that impacted our experience. The house could benefit from a deep clean; the floors felt sticky and had a noticeable dirtiness, and there was an old, musty smell that lingered throughout. Fortunately, we spent most of our time out and only used the house for sleeping and showering.Additionally, the two rooms on the east side lack curtains, which made it difficult to sleep due to the neighbor's motion flood light and the early sunrise. This home has great potential, and I hope these suggestions help enhance future guests' experiences.
