Historic Loveland Apt: Walk to Little Miami River!

The apartment was clean, updated and had all amenities we wanted/need for a fun girls weekend. It was walkable to everything in downtown Loveland. I would definitely book again!

My husband and I absolutely loved staying here for our wedding weekend! It was super close to our venue (The Marmalade Lily) and worked great as a getting ready location for him, as well as a close location to drive to after the wedding. It's also right in the center of downtown Loveland, near one of our favorite restaurants - Bishop's Quarter. Cannot recommend enough!

Adorable property walking distance into historic Loveland. Grabbed breakfast two mornings before heading up to Cincy Open. House had everything we needed and looked exactly like photos. Clean and cozy.

Went for a short getaway with lots of biking and running. This place was amazing. Close to the Miami River, which leads you to Cincinnati and North to Dayton. Lots of pubs and eateries close. The place was in amazing shape with everything we needed. Was extremely quiet and walking distance to everything you need. Will be back!

SOOOO much better than a hotel at hotel prices!Nice big bed, kitchen was large...just comfy and convenient all around.Appreciated the owners communication and help throughout our stay.

A clean cozy and well appointed apartment. Everything needed is there, bed is super comfortable , slept well. Quiet place is a short walk to a cool American town with coffee shops , bars , music and great food , with access to the bike/walk trail. Real Americana.

My wife and I had an amazing experience. Not only was everything clean, the apartment is located in the first brick building built in Loveland, Ohio. The feel of the property was historic, yet modern. The area was also fantastic. Everything was within walking distance. We will make an extra trip just to stay here again. Thank you so much!

Exceptional on the outside and exquisite on the inside! Not only is the this VRBO stunning to look at, it has all that you need! From a fully stocked kitchen and plentiful seating to a variety of in-house entertainment and a bed better than any hotel I've ever booked a stay at! As well, management is superb! Both friendly and attentive! Yet whats more, is the LOCATION! Within minutes of walking you have a variety of dining establishments to include sweets and treats, a number of shops, access to the Little Miami River and SO much more! I could not have picked a better place to stay in such a gorgeous town that belongs in a Hallmark movie! Loveland is an amazing place to visit and this VRBO should be your top choice for the area! Place was very clean and inviting when we first arrived. The location was perfect because it is walkable to the historic town full of shops, bike trails, delicious restaurants, and other fun activities. The place had everything we needed from laundry detergent to dish soap. The place is special because it was an old building that has been apart of the historic town and renovated to make it a home. Would stay here again anytime! Had the best experience!
