Longbeach 11 is a spacious three-bedroom apartment positioned on the top floor (walk-up) directly across from Bilinga Beach, offering sweeping ocean views and a relaxed coastal setting ideal for family holidays.

Designed to take full advantage of its beachfront position, the apartment features a full-length private balcony with uninterrupted views across the ocean — the perfect spot to enjoy morning coffee, sunset drinks or winter whale watching.

The main bedroom includesa queen bed and direct access to the beachfront balcony, allowing you to wake up to sunrise views over the water. The second bedroom also offers a queen bed, while the third bedroom includes two single beds, comfortably accommodating up to six guests.

Comfort is assured year-round with ducted reverse-cycle air-conditioning throughout, along with ceiling fans in all bedrooms and the living area.

The modernised kitchen is fully equipped for holiday living, including a dishwasher, and flows into a spacious open-plan living area complete with Smart TV and unlimited Wi-Fi.

The apartment includes a fully renovated bathroom with a walk-in shower, as well as an internal laundry with washing machine and dryer for added convenience.

Longbeach 11 also includes covered off-street parking for one vehicle.

Perfectly positioned along the beachfront, Longbeach 11 offers access to the Oceanway Path, a scenic coastal pathway stretching for kilometres along the coastline. Guests are also within easy reach of nearby cafés, surf clubs and the dining precincts of Kirra, Coolangatta and Tugun.

Keys
Keys are to be collected from and returned to our office, 76 Griffith Street Coolangatta. Our office is an approximate 7 minute drive south of the property and 6 minute drive south of the GC Airport.

Linen
Linen is not provided at this property. Holiday properties are equipped with blankets/ doonas and pillows and protectors, however please remember to bring your own personal linen including sheets, pillow cases, towels and tea towels. Linen can be hired at a reasonable cost; we will provide details once your booking is confirmed. We also suggest you bring with you soaps, dishwashing liquid, toilet paper etc.

    We are a family of 5 (3 young adult children). We loved our 7 night stay, so much to do if you want or just to sit and soak in the incredible view. The unit is spacious, clean and well equipped. Comfortable beds, lounges and lovely big dining table. Super location - nice and quiet out of the business of Kirra and Coolangatta but an easy walk to restaurants etc
