I stayed for two nights during a work conference. The space is so cozy and cute. I had a very restful and peaceful stay at this home. The owners are on site and available if you have any questions. It is close to the beach if you want to go for a quiet walk. I ordered take out one night and cooked the other night. The kitchen is fully stocked with what you need to make a nice dinner. The patio is a huge plus. That’s where I had dinner at sunset. This trip was exactly the recharge I needed while still working. I will definitely stay here every time I have to travel for work.

Great communication and great amenities would definitely stay again

A wonderful place! Communication was outstanding, and the hosts really want you to have a great stay. All of the essentials are there, from coffee to two different coffee makers, to laundry detergent for the washer/dryer (also a plus). I took a shower before a very important get-together and realized I had no razor! Not a problem, the hosts had that covered, too. Extremely clean. I highly recommend.

Lily and her mom are very welcoming and accommodating. I had everything I needed and they checked in on me to make sure I was enjoying the stay. The apartment is very nice and cozy and in a nice location.

The host was great - communicated early and was very friendly. The apartment was absolutely spotless and was a nice size. Off street parking eased my mind but there was plenty of street parking available. Recommended!

Everything we needed/wanted! Extremely comfortable, excellent hosts and very clean! We were able to spend extra time with family cooking, relaxing and enjoying rather than finding places to eat or gather. We will definitely stay here every time we return to the area!

cute apartment on 2nd floor of a house. Eclectic neighborhood with a church, a school, private houses and some apartments. 10 minute walk to the train station. Close to the beach, but you need a car. Nice owner.

This was THEE MOST AMAZINGLY QUIET, SERENE, CONVENIENT Apartment we’ve stayed in!! Clean, comfy and PEACEFUL! The deck is Phenomenal!!!, the host was A GODSEND!!! We didn’t want to leave. Conveniently near Beach, Restaurants and just Beautiful!!!

Nice, clean place. Plenty of room. Dated furniture but comfortable. Steep stairway was a problem for us (senior adults), particularly with luggage.

Everything about our stay was excellent. Annie and her mom Angie are amazing hosts. We loved the clean, cozy, and inviting flat; we also liked that it was eclectically furnished. The electricity went out for a short period; although it was not her fault at all, Annie felt bad about it and sent up 2 delicious cakes; impressive! The beach is about 1.5 miles away, but we did not mind at all being away from the crowd and noise; besides, there was no problem at all finding parking by the boardwalk. In summary, thanks to Annie and her mom Angie, we very thoroughly enjoyed our mini-vacation!

Family owned and operated. Cozy environment. They bring garden flowers and friendliness to the beach.

Very spacious one bedroom with lots of linens and towels. The kitchen had everything you could think of.Owner was very gracious. Weather was below freezing so we were not able to take advantage of the deck or yard or neighborhood so can’t comment there.

Everything about my stay was super--host was very friendly and helpful and the top floor unit had everything I needed on top of being comfortable and very beautifully decorated. Thank you!
