LOFT UNDER HOUSING CENTER OF VALENCIA- CIUTAT VELLA

Very dark (lamps are needed during sun-hours) pkace with high humidity. Bed is uncomfortable... And at the final days a wattet dissapeared in the wc' tank..

Great location.

Stayed at this property for 4 days. Positives - The flat is down a quiet lane, very good location, just a few minutes walk away from the market. Plenty of shops and restaurants near by and walkable to anywhere in Valencia . Everything available to make/reheat a meal ,large fridge and freezer. TV with Netflix app, small table for eating, one double bed & one pull down sofa. Bed was comfy, sofa not as comfortable. Positives - price , location, facilities, quick reply from host Negatives- key code suppled by host was incorrect, had to contact them to ask for code. Lucky it wasn't late at night Main complaint was SMELL IN BATHROOM. Noticed it first couple of days (was tolerable but was I was not there much). By the last day the smell actually stooped me sleeping and felt sick. Even closing the bathroom door didn't stop it. There was at least 6 reed diffusers in a small flat (thought that was strange at the time!?). I used a whole can of air freshener to try and mask the smell. I would like to add I travel in Spain a lot and am well aware of the sewerage system there. However, the smell was not in the lane just the flat? I made the host aware when I checked out, don't think they believed me? Oh and there was a dog that barked very early in the morning and very late at night & noisy neighbours in flat above. I also didn't find the flat clean enough for paid guests. Suppose you get what you pay for ? I very rarely leave a bad review but felt I had to be truthful.

Lots of eating/drinking close by at good prices. Internet details on email were incorrect but a message to owner and someone knocked on our door to help straight away. Google maps finds the area difficult. We did drive down a pedestrian only street one day. At booking the checkout time was 11am but we were asked to leave at 10am. I didnt think that this was appropriate.

Well equiped bachlor suite (no separate bedroom). Surprisingly bright interior and super quiet. Has everything however, I could not get the washer to function ( received no response to my questions)

The property has everything you need and in an ideal spot in the old town. Just note there is no on-site or on street parking if you need that.

The location was excellent! It was very close to all the main points of interest yet was at the end of a very quiet street. It was very quiet throughout the late evening and night. The washing machine worked well and there was a drying rack. The shower worked very well. It’s far from luxurious but works well with the exception of the bed squeezed into too small an area

location in perfect in the city Its an old, charming appartment with all facilitys. 2 pers. bed and extra 2 pers. sleepsofa. Dont expect luxery but a affordable place to stay in a beautifull street in old centre.

The property was fine. A few recommendations I will make are you get darker curtains rather than the current white see through ones. I did not enjoy using the bathroom while 10 men congregated right outside the window and can see through the curtains!! Another piece of advice is to get a better lock for the front door, one that isn’t so difficult to lock and unlock. It appears that a group of 8-10 men have a regular evening meet up just outside the studio every evening sometimes late into the night. So make sure to wear earplugs for a quiet sleepThe person doing the communicating does not like feedback so they may just ignore these recommendations and that’s ok.

great location

Located in the historic district at the end of an alley. Easy walk to seemingly everywhere. The place is small, sparse but with everything a couple needs to enjoy Valencia. Very clean, comfortable bed, nice modern bathroom. Didn't cook but the kitchen had all the equipment to make any meal. The clothes washer worked perfectly. Also as it is on an alley the place is quiet! The neighbors are mostly older and very friendly. Would stay again.
