loft in the center of valencia

This is a lovely, homely, apartment that is very well cared for. There is a beautiful terrace/balcony. The kitchen is fully equipped with everything you will need. The water pressure in the shower was excellent. There is also air conditioning in the main room/bedroom and a lift. It’s next to a metro stop on the direct line from the airport and an easy walk to the old town. Pilar was very hospitable and helpful and is close by if you need anything. Highly recommended.

A secret gem in the heart of Valencia. Great for all transport options metro from airport stops outside. Mainline station is next door over the road are many bus options. Cabs are easy to get or yse tge app freenow.

Everything about the property and the location was fantastic. The host was very nice, helpful and accommodating in every way. The loft was very nice, clean and comfortable with everything you need for a short or even long stay for a couple or a couple with one child. The location is beyond perfect, right around the corner from the train station, with a metro station across the street, a wonderful view overlooking a nice public square in the centre of Valencia and close to everything by foot or public transport. I would definitely recommend it to all my family, friends and anyone looking to book this location. You will not be disappointed. What you see is what you really get. It was the best property we stayed at during our stay in different parts of Spain. Thank you for everything!

We loved staying at this property. It has an amazing location, in the heart of traditional valencia. Pilar the owner was so kind, friendy and welcoming. Her apartment is a little piece of paradise in the city. Very well equipped, clean, and with the most beautiful patio with fantastic views.It was really easy to navigate our was around the city, we walked and also found the local buses easy to use, and the trains.We loved it!

Everything is fine, but the location and the terrace are the best

This is a cute little apartment right near the city center, train stations (estacio del nord and Joaquín Sorolla) & the plaza del toros. Very clean and well equipped. Beautiful terraza. Would recommend highly.

Pilar was very friendly and very helpful. The location is easy to get to from the airport. Just take Metro 3 of 5 to Xativa, and you are at the front door. The appartement is equipped with everything you need for a nice stay. We had our breakfast on the nice terrace enyoing the view. Rented bikes for 2 days and it was possible to store them inside in a separate room on the groundfloor. We loved every minute of our stay and would love to come again.

The unit is on the top floor (with lift) and has a large patio with a fantastic view. The patio expands the usable living space of the small bed sit unit. The apartment was exceptionally clean and the decor adds a homey feel. The listing showed a sofa bed but it is now a stationary bed. Seating is the dining chairs or patio furniture, both comfortable. The beaded curtain to the kitchen is also no longer there which opens up the space. The shower space is tiny and the water pressure quite low but it’s spotlessly clean. Kitchen is bright, super clean and equipped for light meal prep. The central location is busy but is surprisingly very quiet for sleeping. Easy short walk from main train station. The other historical north station, with fantastic architecture, is across the street as is the airport metro stop. Easy to walk to all main attractions in the Centro. The unit size is perfect for a short term stay for a couple. The host, Pilar, was very welcoming and easy to reach.

I stay frequently at this place. For me single,doing a mix of vacation and business it is just perfect.
