located in the heart of downtown Penn Yan New York

We pick this location seeing as it was the best option for our family for a family wedding and weekend festivities. It was the perfect location and was within walking distance between the hotel that most of the guests/bride and groom where staying at and the after party. The only things that I took issue with was that the AC unit was extremely loud and vibrating non stop. The weather was almost 90* that weekend and turning it down didn’t help the noise. There is only one central AC unit in the entire apartment, so closing he room doors made made it far to hot to sleep comfortably. I ended up having to open the windows in the bedrooms for it to be bearable. Also, there where no sheets or comforter for the pullout sofa bed. Fortunately there where extra blankets in the closets in the bedroom we put on it. Overall, it was a good stay and a cute apartment and definitely cheaper, more convenient and more comfortable then having to get two separate rooms at the hotel. Still was a good stay and would stay there again as long as the AC unit was fixed and would suggest adding separate AC in the bedrooms.

Great location. Friendly merchants, close to many eateries with local atmosphere. Wineries and tap houses within 5 to 10 minutes. Would enjoy visiting same area/venue again.

The property was just as listed. It was exceptionally clean and quiet. Communications with the owners were always answered extremely timely. Would stay here again. (Note: If you have more than four people, you may want to bring additional cups/plates.)

This apartment was perfect for us. We used it as a central location to explore Keuka and the other lakes. Checkin/Checkout was very easy. The apartment was very clean, safe, quiet and comfortable. Ample parking was around the corner. Jim was always quick to respond to the few questions that I had. I would definitely stay here again.

This is the second time we rented with Jim. The apartment is conveniently located and well appointed with modern furnishings. The beds are very comfortable too! Highly recommend!

This property was everything the description said and more. Communication with Jim was easy and the check-in process simple. The place seems brand new! Clean, clean, clean :-) The bathroom especially was very clean and the towels were luxurious. Comfortable bed and A/C worked great (we were there for the heat of July 19-20). This was a really nice place to stay for a getaway. Right in downtown Penn Yan within walking distance of restaurants, kayak rental and bar. The Keuka Outlet trail was easy to reach on bike and a great ride to waterfalls on the way to Dresden. It was a good central location. Easy drive to wineries, breweries, Geneva and Watkins Glen. If you are looking for a great place to stay in the Finger Lakes that is not in the middle of all the hustle and bustle of the bigger cities, look no further.

We booked this place after another property manager on VRBO cancelled our reservation 2 days before our trip. It worked out for the best when we found this apartment. Jim was quick to respond to our messages and phone call. He was helpful. The apartment was very clean, spacious and had everything we needed for our 2 day stay. It was nice having a laundry room right outside the apartment. It came in handy when we needed to do a quick wash. We also enjoyed being on Main Street in Penn Yan. Had a lot of nice small shops and restaurants. I enjoyed Amity Coffee Co., which had awesome lattes. Also, right near the apartment was Staving Artist Woodwork. My husband and I bought couple of items from this store, which had a lot of interesting and unique wood designs and small tables. The owner was really nice guy and enjoyed talking to him. Would definitely recommend staying at this place.
