Stayed Jun 26, 2025On the day of checking in, I was sent the address and check in details. When walking in, we realised that this was not the same property we booked. It was smelly, dirty, uncomfortable and in poor shape. Upon talking to the host I was told that the apartment we booked was ‘damaged’ so they moved us there. We paid a lot to stay in the original accommodation and would of paid maybe half to stay in the accommodation we were given. All we were offered was a car spot (there was free parking everywhere). Really disappointed that none of this was told to us prior until I chased it up.
