Light-Filled New Apartment next to Fira Barcelona.

Wonderful, Sun-filled flat with very comfortable beds and bedding. Extremely clean. The host, Gustavo, was very responsive and friendly. Flat location was great - ten minute walk to the metro and from there a short train ride to all the important places. We had a great time!

We had a wonderful stay. The apartment was clean, well laid out and comfortable. The owner, Gustavo, met us there and gave us a layout of the apartment and some great neighborhood recommendations. The neighborhood is great with a supermarket and bakery very close.

We had a great time! Metro was super close, condo was very clean and well appointed and Gustavo was fantastic to deal with!! 5 stars!

Good experience overall. The Fira is about a 20-25 minute walk. There is a small grocery store in front of the complex as well as numerous Cafe’s. Train stop is a ten minute walk and the 6-7 stops to BCN center. We felt safe the entire time and would repeat

A really nice, modern and well-kept apartment in Santa Eulalia with supermarket and bakery right in front. Very friendly and caring host; absolutely flawless communication.

Property was great, beds were very comfortable and overall apartment had luxurious features. Host seemed worried about our kids damaging things and gave us what felt like rules (i.e. best if an adult opens this and that, art frame is expensive please be careful w it) - that aside, host was great. He was thorough and responded quickly. The location is not very close to the touristic areas, train station is about 15 mins away (santa Eulalia station). Coffee shop, grocery stores and kids park are very very close to property andsuper convenient. It is somewhat close to Camp Nou (1 bus ride) and Estadi Olympic (1-2 metro/bus rides). Overall, we loved our stay in this property and recommend it if ok to not being closer to touristic areas.

This apartment is nice inside and comfortable except it is super noisy. Plus it is in a location that is not in Barcelona. You have to take a cab ride (20 euros each way) everywhere. There is a grocery nearby but that is it. No restaurants or bars. Really disliked the location.

Apartment: pros: great, had everything we needed, soft comfy mattress and pillows, all kitchen items available, market across the street, train station 9 minutes walk, places to eat near by and good shopping around the area. Cons: located in front of busy street, apartment not well insulated for the location, therefore, you can hear constant traffic, dogs barking without fail every morning starting around 5:30am. Construction equipment starting at 7am. If you wake up prior to 5:30 this apartment is perfect. If you like to sleep-in after 6am this is not the place for you. We stayed 6 days 5 nights.

This vrbo was a great choice , one subway ride and you are in the main plaza downtown , gustavo was amazing , I would book this apartment again great location

We enjoyed our stay. Only issues were not enough hot water for shower. Very clean.

Comfy beds, 2 baths, a well equipped kitchen and the balcony was a plus. The noise from traffic on the street did affect our sleep at times, but overall we had a great stay. It was only a 10 minute walk to the metro which took us everywhere we desired.

We had a very nice stay at the apartment. Gusto was very helpful and responsive. The place is very nice decorated and in the quiet, safe area.

This was a modern flat with good features, and was in a quiet (albeit out of the way) neighborhood about 10 minutes walk from the metro station. The main shortcoming was we were only allowed to have one key for the building and apartment. Since there were two of us, this made for some logistical difficulties since we weren't both coming and going at exactly the same time. A second key would have been appreciated.

Nice appartement for some days in or near Barcelona for 4 persons. Not to far from the airport, about 25 euros. We enjoyed our stay and used the nearby metro station to explore Barcelona. Our host was very kind, we can recommend the apartment.

Beautiful flat, exactly as described. We had a comfortable stay for our family of 4. The flat was approximately a 10-15 mins walk to Santa Eulalia metro station and a 15 mins walk to several restaurants. There was a small playground just outside the flat which was great for our daughter. It was a very quiet and safe neighbourhood. Gustavo was a great host and meet us at the property when we arrived to go over everything. The flat is spacious and comes equipped with everything we needed for our three night stay. Property is located in a fairly convenient locals neighborhood surrounded by coffee shops, corner stores, and grocery stores. Most tourist attractions are accessible by metro and/or bus in around 30m. We would stay again.

Extremely nice place. Very clean. It's actually not technically in Barcelona but it's so close so it doesn't make a difference. It's a simple cab ride to anywhere you want to go. What a great city

Our stay at Gustavo’s place was perfect! The place is very well kept and we felt right at home. The neighborhood is good and it represents how the locals live in this part of Barcelona.
