The Space:

Escape to the ultimate upscale destination in Nashville! This sun-filled penthouse boasts soaring ceilings and luxe finishes, comfortably accommodating six guests. Located just a quick walk from the vibrant 12th South neighborhood and a mere 10-minute drive to Broadway, this property offers a prime location to explore all that Nashville has to offer while enjoying a luxurious retreat.



The penthouse features two spacious bedrooms, each with a king bed and ensuite bathroom, along with a living room that includes a sleeper sofa. With tall, vaulted ceilings and a professionally designed interior, you will experience a true city feel on a lovely tree-lined street. The shared common area invites you to unwind under the stars or greet the morning with a cup of coffee on the terrace.



We hope you are able to take advantage of a cycling class while you're staying with us. Because of the location of the studio in proximity to your unit, you should expect light vibrations and noise during class hours from the cycle studio, which operates from 6:30 am to 7:00 pm on weekdays and 8:00 am to 7:00 pm on weekends.

    1. Just downright dirty. You can tell right away, and it gets worse the closer you look. If they have a cleaning service they are terrible. Was very worried about the sheets and linens. 2. It’s effectively a one bedroom, because the 1st floor bedroom is above the cycling center below which is impossible to sleep in past 6:30am. 3. We love 12 South and this was very close, walking distance.

    This is a beautiful property with a great location in Nashville. Great communication with property manager - I forgot my hat at the condo when I checked out and they delivered it to my daughters!

    We did not get to go on trip due to illness, but my godsons and their parents went. They absolutely loved the property! Could not say enough good things about the home! and the Area was perfect for their stay. We hope to rebook soon and get to see if for ourselves.

    I really enjoyed these property. It was clean and exactly as expected. The basics are provided. The beds are comfortable. The area is great and very walkable. I took advantage of the cycling studio downstairs and loved it.

    Pros- cute place with ikea furniture and decorations. Close to 12 South area. Keurig coffee maker. Cons- I can’t in good conscious let anyone else have a horrible time like we had. They don’t tell you there is a cycling exercise place below the apartments. At 7am there is bass pumping, techno music with instructors screaming on a microphone. It happens all morning, every morning and it was 5am our time coming from the west coast. It ruined our trip. We got no rest after going out to Broadway at night. Came home exhausted and every morning we would wake up angry and pissed that we got bamboozled.

    This was just fantastic. Best customer service and communication with the owners. I loved the neighborhood, loved the building. The cycle studio noise was indeed minimum. Overall great stay and would definitely refer friends here as well as stay in a Beckmon property again.

    Clean, roomy, and perfect location. Highly recommend when visiting Nashville. Short distance from downtown however the neighborhood is amazing you want to just stay in that area! The common area patio added to a perfect rental.
