Stayed Jun 1, 2025Wonderful Home away from home for our stay in Fort Collins. The house is just as shown in the listing. Very clean and well appointed, it had every amenity needed for our stay. The kitchen was well outfitted, there was a little basket of treats and coffee supplies. The mattresses were very comfortable and linens were great. Fantastic having laundry on site. everything is in great condition and well maintained. The location was terrific, easy access to old town and CSU. Shannon is pleasant and quick to coomunicate, she checked in during our stay to make sure all was well and we had all we needed. Great binder with info on house and amenities. Highly recommended, would not hesitate to stay there again. Thank you Shannon for making our group feel right at home!

Clean, well decorated accommodations with a back patio that suited us well for morning coffee and conversation. Checkin and checkout were simple and no need existed to call the host. It is an old home with lots of character, while still having lots of closet space and room to stretch out. It is so nicely decorated and the furniture is comfy. It will be our go-to place when visiting Fort Collins.The hosts were great!

Stayed Jun 12, 2024What a truly wonderful experience for the first time using/booking/staying using Vrbo! Traveled from Pa to visit a few days with daughter at Colorado State. The ease of viewing & booking our rental with Vrbo was top notch! The home was adequately reprented online, was extremely clean and our host, Shannon, was in constant communication via email with me during our entire stay, in case there was anything needed. Check in/out instructions were provided 24 hrs prior to arrival/departure. Rates were extremely comparable & staying in a rented home vs a hotel was a much more enjoyable experience overall! All appliances in working order & host installed new AC unit due to excessive heat in the area prior to our stay. Hubby & I couldnt have asked for a more positive experience and we will definitely be back! Thanks again!!!
