Stayed Jun 9, 2025Great apartment, beautifully decorated and well stocked (tp coffee!! :)). The property is well representwd in the photos. Property is well lit at night, but we did not feel 100% comfortable walking in the surrounding neighborhood.

Stayed Jan 9, 2025This is one of 2 upstairs units. The bedrooms share a wall with the other unit. The walls are so thin that the vibration phone of the neighbors woke me up. Thankfully they were very quiet. No issues. The location cannot be beat.It was 0.3mi to the WWII museum and another mi to Bourbon St. There was a bar a few doors down from us and another restaurant next to that.Parking is on the street and can be a little challenging during the work day or when the restaurant is crowded but we always found something no more than a half a block away and then easily moved the car when the street cleared a bit more. The place is modern and clean but there is starting to have some wear and tear that should be addressed soon, ie: carpet (dark wear stains) and upholstery cleaning. There was also some brown splatters on the shower wall (spray tan maybe?) that wasn't washed off. very subtle and not too big of a deal to us since the place was immaculate otherwise. The front balcony is accessible only through the tall front windows which is super cool! Back porch has no chairs to use. Some reviewers mentioned the poor water pressure which is true for the bathroom sink only, but the shower has great pressure. One other thing I think is worth mentioning is there is a back door to the outside in the back bedroom that only has a door knob. NO deadbolt or lock of any kind except for the little thing you turn on the knob itself. A simple fix and must be rectified, in my opinion.

Stayed Nov 11, 2024Bailey’s apartment was fantastic! It was clean, comfortable, and lovely. We enjoyed relaxing on the balcony both in the morning and in the evening and had a wonderful view of the Canopy of Peace all lit up in the evening. The location, a few minutes’ walk from the WW2 museum, was perfect for us. Bailey is an extremely responsive host. We will return to his place in the future. Thank you for a most pleasant stay.

Stayed Oct 16, 2024Even more updated and pristine than I was expecting. The only negative was a very loud family sharing a wall last night.

Stayed Sep 28, 2024This would be my second time staying at this property. The host really considers important details, like soft toilet paper, cleaning supplies, quality bath soap, etc. I am happy the pillows were replaced the second time we stayed, the sheets were clean but the actual pillows needed replaced so I’m happy that was taken care of. My husband is from Nola so we visit often, this is now my go to place to stay. It’s close to everything. Super convenient and clean. Also, it’s in a rather safe area with convenient parking. The host responds promptly to all messages.

Stayed Jun 20, 2024Lovely, clean, and convenient to St. Charles Street Car. We had everything we needed for our stay. The water pressure is poor in both the kitchen and restroom, but the property is nice overall and in a quiet spot.

Stayed May 10, 2024Lovely place, a good sized two bedroom, set up with a nice kitchen and living room, all quite thoughtfully done and neat and clean. Bit of a walk into the French Quarter but at edge of Garden District, and lovely to walk the streets of the area (and the Charles Str Streetcar just a block or two away). Would definitely stay again if coming with family/friends!
