Located on the 2nd floor (with lift), it comprises a pretty 20 m² living room, a fully-equipped kitchen, a lovely bedroom, a bathroom (with bath) and you can enjoy a 2-hectare garden. - A heated outdoor swimming pool (20x10m), open from late April to late September (opening dates non-contractual) with cover and fence for added security. Access free of charge.
- An enclosed, shared 2-hectare garden with children's playgrounds, public park, sports fields, etc.

The flat is ideally located in Concarneau, in a very pleasant environment. You'll be close to all the essential shops, as well as boutiques, restaurants, bars and the market. The town centre is accessible via the promenade. The beach is 300 metres from the flat.

- Pets are not allowed in the accommodation.

- Laundry facilities are available in the complex at an additional cost.
- The management of the accommodation is independent from the management of the hotel
- Security: Please note that a surveillance camera is installed on the exterior facade of the residence, at balcony level. This camera is managed by the hotel residence (and not by the owner of the accommodation) and is directed towards the establishment's car park. It does not film the balcony or the interior of the flat.
- The concierge will provide you with everything you need for your arrival, i.e. 1 bin bag for each bin, 1 sponge, washing-up liquid, 1 roll of toilet paper per toilet and a dishwasher tablet. We invite you to bring consumables for the rest of your stay.
