Agence Cocoonr offers you this charming 37 m² flat in Concarneau, 300 metres from the beach (accessible by crossing the street), with a shared swimming pool. It can accommodate up to 4 people. Located on the ground floor, it comprises an attractive 18 m² living room, an open-plan fitted kitchen, a lovely bedroom, a bathroom (with bath) and you can enjoy a garden of around 20,000 m².

The flat is ideally located in Concarneau, in a very pleasant environment. You'll be close to all the essential shops, as well as boutiques, restaurants, bars and the market. The town centre is accessible via the promenade. The beach is 300 metres from the flat.

    Les Thermes 402 A good sized apartment with all facilities we needed ? Adequate size for two people, ground floor meant we were able to store our bikes outside by the apartment. Plenty of cutlery, plates etc to enable meal preparation, useful washing facilities on first floor. ? All was as we expected

    Les Thermes 402 Great beach nearby, warm pool onsite. Playground next door also some bars and restaurants closeby. Ville close is walkable (20-25 min). Very limited seaview due to ground level. Friendly staff onsite (besides Reception desk of Thalasso spa, who was not helpful).
