Spacious apartment with a shared pool located in a limonaia in Gardone Riviera, a beautiful traditional building typical of the area.



The apartment, located on the first floor and accessible by stairs, opens onto a bright living room featuring a double sofa bed, an armchair, a dining table, and a well-equipped kitchen. From here, guests can step out onto the balcony, which is furnished with a table and two chairs—perfect for relaxing outdoors. The sleeping area consistsof two bedrooms: the first features a comfortable queen-size bed, while the second is furnished with a bunk bed and a single bed and has access to the balcony. A bathroom with a shower completes the layout.

*The final stretch of Via Resola (the road leading to the house) is narrow and two-way, but it’s easy to drive on.

The train station of Toscolano Maderno is located just 10 minutes away by car, while the airport of Verona is easily reachable with a 60-minute drive.
