Stayed Jun 28, 2024The studio-appartement was very clean and very well equipped. A double bed and a very cool foldable stockbed provided us with good matrasses for a good sleep. Kitchen ist well equipped and even teabags, Nescafé capsules, salt and basic spices were provided, as well as dish soap, dish cloth and tea towel. There ist a washing machine, dry stand and even an iron. A nice TV, sound system and a very good aircondition provide all comfort. The house is called Villa Delle Rose - it is one of the Places of the Republic of Salò. It's situated between the shore of the Lake and the Gardesana. Window is towards the city/hills. Very good window, so it's not to loud, even when there's traffic in the Gardesana. The Garden is truly paradise, with Access to the lake. A gardener works every day during season to keep it pretty and well maintained. Two sunbeds are for your private use and the trees provide shadow If wanted. The house has a big terrace towards the garden and the lakefront and there are some Shops, including a nice coffee bar and a very gentle bike/hike/Triathlon sport shop. The owner was very kind and helpful and reacted promptly. There ist a public beach with coffee bar, good restaurant Rowing bistrot and parking area nextdoor. Parking ist about 8€/day. In one word: perfect!
