Leelanau condo on golf course close to beaches, wineries, sand dunes, and more

We loved everything about this property. The accommodations were perfect for us. Our Hosts were wonderful and they thought of everything you’d want or need during your stay!

It was very clean owner was very helpful and easy to deal with, it was a pleasure to stay there.

We had a very pleasant stay at Stay Awhile. Nice, clean, cozy and welcoming. We were welcomed with cheese in the fridge and wine on the counter. We loved it on our one rainy day. We came for golf and wine and we got lots of both. The golf courses are challenging and well kept. The wineries are plentiful. I recommend Stay Awhile. We had a great time.

The room was very nice and the amenities provided were above and beyond. However the description of the room which should have been rooms was that it was a one bedroom, there expecting the bedroom and living area were separate. The room should be listed as a small studio with a kitchenette. The other have of the owners property was quite large so we were very disappointed to be staying in a VRBO that was the size of a small hotel room with only a bed and a rocking chair to sit in . There should be at least a love seat. The property is lovely but the “studio” was cramped and I would not use this owner again for misrepresenting the property side we stayed in. I would never have booked a studio for a 5 day stay!

We loved our stay at this spotless condo! We had everything needed (and more) for our 3 day stay. Jacqueline was easy to work with and gave us great recommendations for area restaurants, wineries and beach sunsets! We highly recommend this Leelanau golf course condo and next time we'll bring our golf clubs!

My husband and I rented this condo for a long weekend away. It was a perfect launching point for everything we wanted to do in the area. It was one of the cleanest VRBO’s we have ever stayed in. We hope to return to the area someday and will not hesitate to stay here again.

We had such a nice stay. So safe, comfortable and cozy and the condo had everything we possibly could have needed. Our hosts truly thought of everything. We especially appreciated the beach chairs and umbrella that we took with us each day, thank you! We would definitely book again!

Well-appointed studio/condo on Old Sugar Loaf Golf Course was a comfortable base for enjoying beautiful Leelanau County. We had fun paddle boarding on Good Harbor Beach, golfing, visiting local wineries and restaurants and loved all the roadside stands for produce and baked goods. The host Jacqueline was very accessible and accommodating when we had any questions. Would definitely stay again another trip!

We celebrated our 5th anniversary with this getaway vacation. The condo was absolutely beautiful and very clean. The bed was very comfortable. We loved watching the golfers on the 18th hole from the patio. The condo was at a perfect location, convenient to going to all the places we wanted to do. Jackie and Frank were wonderful host, made us feel very comfortable.

Beautiful condo!

Neat and tidy. Everything that you’ll need and right on the golf course. The Efficiency is on Sugarloaf Mountain within a 5 min of one of the best beaches in the area. This Efficiency is situated within 15-20 min of wineries, restaurants, and the spectacular sand dunes.

We were so happy with our stay. The host was communicative and kind. The unit was the cleanest vacation rental we can remember staying in. Nice quiet location with a fun golf course and close driving distance to Glen Arbor and Leland. Certain touches really added to the quality of the experience, such as the air purifier, highly effective AC, and coffee and snacks provided. Thank you, Jacquline and Frank!

Everything was just perfect. Our hosts were so kind, and even gave us suggestions about things to do and where to eat. We will definitely be back. This was a whole new area of MI to explore for us.

My husband and I were looking for a very quiet and beautiful get away in October. This place met every requirement. We found it to be very peaceful, quiet, beautiful and very much left alone. The condo had everything that you could need in a weekend. I appreciated the thoughtfulness of all the little details. 10x better than any hotel. The view is perfect. Location was close to all the points we wanted to check off our list. We would highly recommend to all our friends and relatives.

My wife and I stayed here for a long weekend. This is a great location, close to Glen Arbor and the Leelanau peninsula. There’s not a ton of space, but everything is perfectly appointed and well done. We spent most of our time out and about, visiting wineries and taking in all the beauty of the area. At the end of our days this was a great spot to return to.

This was a great location to the nearby points of interest like the National Park and quaint small towns. Driving wasn’t stressful at all.

This condo is on the ground floor and is an easy walk to the parking lot. This condo is newly decorated an has everything you will need. Many wineries and other other attractions are near.

Absolutely lovely accommodations! Beautifully decorated and the welcoming touches like fresh flowers and a bottle of wine did not go unnoticed! It was centrally located, close to all the favorite stops we love to make up north. We actually ran into the owners who were friendly, pleasant to talk to and gave a great dinner recommendation! We would love to come back again and perhaps rent the adjoining unit so our whole family can come.

The condo was very clean, well stocked and a super responsive host too! The beach was perfect and just a short drive away. This spot was very convenient to Cedar, Suttons Bay, Glen Arbor and Fishtown. Highly recommend!

Pictures do not do this unit justice - it is even nicer than it looks. The owners literally thought of everything. On top of the excellent appointments, the owners were very helpful with restaurant recommendations and activity ideas. We would love to stay again!

I had such a nice stay here! Jacqueline and Frank thought of everything someone might need during their stay - the condo had so many thoughtful touches and felt so cozy for the stay. I loved the recommendations they gave, which made making decisions on what to do during my solo stay very easy. I also felt very safe here and really enjoyed having a quiet space that was easily accessible to so many parts of Leelanau County. I would definitely come back here again! Thank you!
