Perched on the cliff at Pourville beach, this early 20th-century manor, situated in a vast garden adorned with maritime pines, houses a cosy and modern apartment on its second floor.

The manor's entrance is majestic with its wide staircases.

The apartment is a true cosy cocoon with elegant and trendy decor.

On the first level is the living area, with its well-equipped open kitchen (Nespresso coffee machine, dishwasher, washer-dryer, combined oven-microwave, fridge and freezer, 3 induction hobs, electric kettle, soup blender, smoothie, electric chopper, manual fruit press, steamer), its comfortable living room (Wifi) and sofa bed to accommodate a child to sleep. The toilet is independent.

Access to the second level is via a spiral staircase. The bedroom has a comfortable and soft 160 x 200 cm bed. Surprisingly, a secure net allows light to enter from the lower floor, an excellent reading corner. The bathroom features an Italian shower and a lovely round washbasin placed on a chest of drawers.

There is a private parking space in front of the manor's entrance.

Just walk down the street to reach the beach, restaurants, and bars.

You can also walk or relax in the garden where each apartment has its own garden equipment (1 table, 3 chairs, 2 loungers).

The property is located on the GR 21 which takes you on a walk through fields and woods, via valleys that serve the few beaches of Varengeville-sur-Mer.
