Discover this charming 40m² one-bedroom apartment located on the 3rd floor of a building without an elevator. The apartment features a welcoming living room with a sofa bed, ideal for up to 4 guests, as well as a comfortable dining area.

The kitchen is fully furnished and equipped for easy cooking during your stay. You will also find a separate bedroom with a double bed (140cm) offering a comfortable and quiet sleeping space.
The apartment has a shower room with a bath and toilet and all the necessary amenities for a pleasant stay. Wi-Fi, bed linen, and towels are provided.
