LCF - Downtown SLC - Penthouse - Queen + Daybed - Views - Gym/Hot Tub - Garage

The property had great views and the apartment itself was lovely. There was some homeless people nearby but it wasn’t and issue.

The building location is fantastic: 10 minute walk to downtown SLC, 30 minutes walk to U of Utah campus. There is a Whole Foods and Trader Joe's approx 1 mile away. The views from the 2 balconeys are gorgeous!! There is 2 hrs parking outside or pay for parking inside the condo building garage. You can drive a block or two away for free street parking (not time limited). The condo itself is gorgeous: very clean, very well appointed, has every convenience. The owners have even thought of the little things in providing band aides, some basic cooking essentials (olive oil, tea, coffee, etc....). The kitchen has everything you would need: more pots and pans than I have at home! There is a nice, small gym and an outdoor hot tub in the building. There was some confusion in getting our entry door code but the property managers answered our calls very promptly and fixed the problem within minutes. It was a great place to stay! We will return!

Amazing property! Clean and comfortable

The condo we rented was clean, had excellent natural lighting, perfect size for the two of us, and had what we needed. Overall I enjoyed the location and it had a cool view of the city and valley. However the building itself was damp, there was some kind of leak in the lobby that left the floors wet with puddles and it wasn't being addressed properly beyond a fan being placed to help dry it. The a/c unit was barely working. We were lucky the temps outside weren't too hot yet, as I had to open the doors to the outside at night to bring the temps down in the space. The window blinds were inoperable or broken and maintenance never came to fix it. If the a/c wasn't broken, I would still stay here again.

When we struggled to read the instructions do to both being low vision the hoist of this property was so patient and so helpful with us and the day was awesome. The place is cute clean little neat it has two different balconies. I would love to stay there again and the host was just absolutely went beyond.

Great stay in safe neighborhood hope they can add some more amenities like coffee filters and creamer for longer term guests and a bedside lamp but otherwise great!

We enjoyed our stay! The unit was clean and comfortable. We appreciated the secure parking option, though I now realize on-street parking would have been been fine, as well.

Had a great stay. Had to be in town for work over Christmas. The spot was quiet and clean.

Quaint with excellent views! Paying for the parking was well worth it! Host was very accommodating to any issues ( only had one missing shower curtain that got replaced right away) ! Not properties fault, just wish the hot tub was able to be used. Will definitely stay again on my next trip!

We had a great experience staying here. The neighborhood was walkable and close to a couple of the Green Bike rental hubs which gave us easy access to downtown. The hosts were easy to communicate with and gave lots of local suggestions for our trip.

This place had quality examples of all the essentials. The bed was very comfortable, everything was clean, the host was responsive, and I was charmed by the neighborhood.
