Perfect place, fully stocked with whatever one could use. Pool was beautiful, as was the beach! Incomparable sunsets, close to just about anything you may need or any place you may want to go the grill by the pool added a nice touch. We plan on coming back for another visit, it was paradise on earth. The hosts are very responsive to questions, answering in a very timely manner.

We had the best time! The condo was just as described, the area was safe and Terry was a wonderful host! She answered us immediately when we had questions and the condo was very nice. It was perfect for my small family. The beach was so nice, it wasnt crowded and the area was so nice and clean! Would definitely recommend to anyone looking for a nice beach getaway! Thanks again for making our experience so pleasant!

My first time visiting the Gulf coast of Florida and the location of the studio was perfect for sunsets. 7th floor view over beach and property pool below. Enjoyed the pool area. Very clean and secure. Very well kept grounds. Studio has Murphy bed that was surprisingly comfortable. Fully stocked kitchen. Beach chairs, umbrella available. Access to paid laundry just across the hall. Very good location away from crowds of Clearwater just north. Had a wonderful stay. Took stars off because attention to details in cleanliness could be better especially in kitchen. This is a reflection of cleaning service however, not the hosts. Also check in didn’t go as smooth as I anticipated since I arrived 7pm and getting through security took a while. Luckily they were still there because normally security is off at 6, or I’d not been able to get through the gate!

Very nice unit. Plenty of space. Great if you want a balcony with plenty of shade. Stocked with everything you would need.

If you are looking for a relaxing place to spend your vacation, this is it. The view onto the beach and the Gulf is breathtaking. The east side of the building provides a cheery sunrise while the west side of the building gives you a breathtaking sunset. There are no better sunsets in the world than the ones you see on the Gulf of Mexico. The condo itself is surprisingly roomy as is the kitchen which is well stocked and modern. And the Murphy bed sleeps just like a hotel bed. There are two large leather sofas both of which recline. The shower is large and modern. As for the swimming pool, it is large and well heated. While lounging around the pool, you can view the beach and the gulf. The owners are very accommodating and friendly. There are several restaurants within walking distance. We will be back.
