Large apartment in Biella, Italy located on historic Piazza Cisterna

The hosts are fantastic. The apartment is gorgeous. The town is amazing. The views are stunning. If you want to get away and enjoy the Piedmont of Northern Italy, this is the place!

Spacious apartment with plenty of room for the whole family. Loved the location on the Piazzo where we had easy access to multiple shops, gelateria, and restaurants just a few steps away. There was a small but well-stocked store just downstairs with wine, bread, cookies, marmalades, cheeses, milk, ground coffee, wine, vegetables and fruits. Larger grocery store was about 10 minutes (hilly) walk (or a short drive). Note that you will need reservations for any restaurant in Biella and on the Piazzo on weekends, especially Saturday night. Appreciated the large kitchen stocked with all of the extras, as we often ate breakfast and lunch there. Laundry facilities were much appreciated with my two small children. Dryer does not fully dry clothes and hanging is required, but there are clotheslines outside the kitchen with clothespins in the kitchen closet. Dryer also requires frequent emptying of a water tank located on upper left of machine. Note that there are multiple small steps in the doorways between rooms, so caution with small children and adults with mobility issues. Beautifully decorated with many fragile objects, so again, consider this with small children. Mine did not bother them thankfully! We unfortunately had a medical emergency while there (unrelated to anything to do with the house), and the ambulance arrived very quickly, with a large hospital only 10 minutes away. Host was incredibly responsive and helpful! We overall had a lovely stay with all of the comforts of home. My children referred to it as their ‘special house.’ ❤️

La Casa Dei Sogni is an absolute treasure! Located in the heart of Piazza della Cisterna in Biella, this luxury apartment combines historic charm with modern elegance. The location is perfect—just steps from charming cafes, boutiques, and the stunning architecture of Biella's historic center. The apartment itself is a masterpiece, with spacious, beautifully furnished rooms, large windows offering picturesque views, and luxurious touches throughout. The bedrooms are incredibly comfortable, and the bathrooms are indulgent with sleek modern fixtures. Service was impeccable. The hosts were welcoming and provided fantastic recommendations for local dining and attractions, making our stay even more memorable. There are 2 fantastic restaurants, Osteria Due Couri and Trattoria Alla Cisterna, on the Piazza della Cisterna just a few steps from La Casa Dei Sogni, be sure to make reservations you will not regret it! La Casa Dei Sogni is the perfect base for exploring Biella and the surrounding Biellese Alps, with everything from nature trails to cultural sights just a short distance away. If you’re visiting Biella, this is the place to stay. Highly recommended!
