Stayed Jun 14, 2025Ernesto was the best host! He had so much useful information for us! Always responding right away. He has lots of great ideas-whatever you need-he is there for you. It was delightful to message him. His place is spacious and beautifully decorated with an interesting eclectic style. I particularly liked the antique typewriters! We had everything we needed and more. The kitchen is well stocked. Ernesto has an amazing library! My favorite part is the large terrace. It’s perfect for a morning coffee to listen to the birds. And at night you can see the stars. We wish we had more time. We will be back. Grazie Mille Ernesto. Ciao ciao!

Stayed Jun 13, 2023We have traveled all over the world and these accommodations exceeded expectations! We usually look for 3 or 4 star properties because we don’t spend anytime at the hotel. It can be very expensive to stay in San Marco. These accomadations were very reasonable. The flat was huge! There was only 3 of us but it would be very comfortable for 6-8 people. The location was ideal. You are a 20 minute walk from everything on San Marco. Ernesto was a great host and answered our questions very quickly. Would stay here again.

Stayed Sep 13, 2019The apartment was close to everything but not in the middle of the most densely touristy area. The sleeping was good, heard nothing and in the morning the streets were blissfully empty. The people who came to meet us showed us all the details of the apartment and the neighborhood and gave us an EXCELLENT dinner recommendation that we would have never found ourselves. Everything was good about this stay, we enjoyed it thoroughly.

Stayed Jul 14, 2019Great neighbourhood. Very easy to travel around and in and out with vaporetto (taxi boat) and airport special boat. Appartement large, clean, well equipped, terrasse, laundry machine, large rooms. Two bathrooms. Very authentic and beautiful view from dinning room window. .
