Large and Cozy, Scenic Walks, Private Entry, Jacuzzi Tub

I had a wonderful three-night stay! The space was exactly as described—clean, comfortable, and thoughtfully prepared. Everything was seamless thanks to the clear, detailed instructions.KT was an exceptional host, providing great information about the area that really enhanced my visit. The space had plenty of hot water, and I especially appreciated the little touches like snacks and toiletries in case anything was forgotten.The jacuzzi bath and towel warmer were such a treat—perfect for relaxing. Even though the unit is attached to the main house, it felt very private. I also loved that it’s pet-friendly but didn’t smell like pets at all, which made the space feel fresh and welcoming.I truly enjoyed my stay and would absolutely return. Highly recommend!

The host was very responsive to any questions we had and offered great flexibility with our travel plans for the week. This is a perfect location if you want a residential neighborhood just a few minutes away from Burlington yet with places of convenience right down the road in town, too. There is a wonderful park across the street ideal for walking and running, also.

The host was wonderful and checked in that my dog and I were comfortable and warm enough. The suite is very comfortable and inviting and I wanted to stay longer! I would definitely stay again if I am in the area. There was a hanging towel warmer, the bed was incredible comfortable and my dog loved laying on the daybed!

The chocolate room was perfect for us and our two dogs! The proximity to airport park was perfect, and the bed was comfy! Kaomi was very accommodating and even shoveled out a spot on the snow for our little dog!!

GORGEOUS views of lake Champlain from the private beach, especially at sunset. Quiet, calm neighborhood, and an adorable room with plenty of space.

Our Host Kaomi was very kind and knowledgeable about the area. Parking was safe and room was extremely clean. She had everything available you may need and more. We had a great time biking and she allowed us to plug bikes and keep in secure garage.

This trip was our first overnight outing (2 nights) with our 1yo dog, so we were unsure how it would go. We could not have been happier! The room was attractive, extremely clean, and much larger than we expected. The 3.5'x6.5' pen where our dog sleeps fit with plenty of room to spare for walking around it. KT communicated promptly when we asked questions both before and during our stay and gave us plenty of information and recommendations. Virtually all the amenities we could think of were included. We especially appreciated the mini-fridge, microwave, coffee maker and dishes. This allowed us to bring take out food back to the room since we did not want to leave the dog unattended just yet. Very highly recommend this host and room to anyone but especially if you have pets!

Very nice place. Being so near the water was perfect. The bed was super comfy and big tub was a special treat for my UVM daughter.

Awesome space, my wife and I spent 3 nights here, quiet place and cozy exactly as advertised Right next to a couple of bike paths that we rode during our stay. The host was very accommodating and responsive to our queries Definitely would book this place again!

Everything was perfect for my trip. Kaomi is very friendly and eager to make sure guests have what they need, including experiences in Burlington. This is a very pet friendly location, and my dog Betty loved it! I worked at some points and the WIFI was great and location quiet. Thank you Kaomi!

We stayed 4 nights and had a comfortable stay. The location is great — close to our daughter’s house in New North End. The park across the street was beautiful with lots of paths. We walked our dog there every day. The apartment itself was clean and comfortable and just as described. Coffee cups and dishes were provided, but the only place to wash them was in the small bathroom sink. No place to dry except on a towel placed on the dresser. It wasn’t a big deal, but it was a bit awkward. There is a separate entrance for the apartment, but it passes right by the main house back door and windows, and we were aware that we might be disturbing the owner when we came in and out. Overall, this is a nice, comfortable, clean place in a good location if you are staying for a couple of days.

The Chocolate Room was a perfect place for us to stay! So close to lots of things to do and the room was a wonderful place to relax after our activities. Our Host provided every amenity we could have wanted or needed and her communication was excellent. She went above and beyond to make us feel welcome. We would definitely stay here again.

Very comfortable bed, quiet location for sleeping, easy parking. Especially good spot if you're looking to walk and/or bike the trail along the lake and the causeway - located in cute neighborhood right on the bike route. There is also a nice park with tennis and pickle ball courts very close by.lake and the causeway

The room was was like a large comfy hotel room but attached to a nice home. It was in a very pretty neighborhood, very clean and spacious. King size and single bed. Would definitely recommend.

Clean, quiet and located close to wintertime fun.

It was a great and cozy place to stay. The host was really kind and even arranged for us to borrow a friend's kayaks, as well as let us use her freezer. The jacuzzi mention was a little misleading, as it was referring to a tub, and the property doesn't have a lake view, as I for some reason thought it would. And there were only slivers of soap available but she said she would bring us better soap if we needed it. Besides that it was a great stay and very comfortable and a nice, tucked-away neighborhood.

This was our first time to visit Vermont. Beautiful area all around this apartment. Lots of things to see within a 30-40 mile radius. Lots of nearby trails to walk, friendly folks, great restaurants. Apartment was perfect for 2 people. Very clean and quiet. Would definitely stay there again!
