Large 3 Bedroom/2 Bathroom Apartment in Downtown OC, steps from the Boardwalk!

Cancelled our stay 1 hour before check in leaving my friends and I stranded due to them “over booking” and the workers said it wasn’t their problem and hung up.

If the price of the rental was half of what they charged it wouldn't have been such an awful stay. The fridge barely kept anything cold. Our stomachs were a mess, therefore, we may have had food poisoning, from the lack of refrigeration. When we wrote to the owner about it, their answer was fridge works. The toaster also was broken. (Please get a new toaster, these things are cheap) All the blinds were broken. There was a ginormous crack between the one air unit in the one bedroom and the wall, which caused bugs to constantly be inside the place. Food and couch were crawling with ants. There were even ants in the fridge. Someone walked in with a different key for a different apartment and the key worked for ours as well. (Thankfully we were decent in appearance) Overall, I don't believe this is up to being an Vrbo status.

This property is run down, doors coming off hinges, fridge needs updating. Was really frustrated to find out that there was no washer and dryer after we had already arrived, no mention of the lack of in the listing. All in all, wasn’t very comfortable for our family of 6’s vacation.

Property was not cleaned or prepared prior to our arrival. False advertisement. Not worth the money spent. Very small and cramp apt. Will not recommend. Will never come back!!!!

The rental was nasty, furniture looked like something someone threw out , the bedding looked hand me down, stove was nasty and smoke came from the eyes when turned on. Sink stopped up. Location great air worked great.

  !!Ants absolutely everywhere!!. In the bed, fridge, floors ect. Door knob broken, couldnt open the door because of it, no hot water at all in bedroom shower, toilet handle broken(owner did fix it thought), Bedroom ceiling fan has no chain to turn off light, outlets on table lamps do no work, exposed electrical wires on outlet, No fire alarms, the wires hanging from the ceiling, tv remote is broke so you have to turn up the volume on the tv it's self, Window blinds look like a dog ate them, completely garbage. The bathroom wall by the shower is so rotted it is a different color and soft to the touch. Stove burner doesn't work and the others are so uneven I couldn't cook an egg evenly. Patio furniture was torn on the seat so bad that we couldnt use it because you'd fall through. MOLD on the windows and in the AC unit and not a little (ALOT),large amount of trash under beds that I only found due to the bed protector constantly falling off which makes you wonder why am I paying a large cleaning fee when clearly the unit WAS NOT CLEANED from the previous renters. The wood flooring is so warped in many places that we literally tripped over the bumps!! For paying the amount of money I paid the condition of the unit is absolutely absurd. I took many many pictures on these things to prove it. All with time stamps. I wish I could post them on here. I tried my best to enjoy our time while in OC but everytime I had to come back to the house it just angered me knowing the amount of money I spent and the complete lack of care and cleanliness put into this unit. Good things about the unit though it doesn't matter is excellent off street parking and great location. Close to both bay and boardwalk.  

We were evicted from this property 6 hours into being there. Still haven’t gotten reasoning why, he sat outside our place and watched us all night on the cams...DO NOT BOOK

Nice place for a few friends

Overall not a bad spot for a big group of friends like we had. Plenty of room for people to sleep and great location! Ants were definitely an issue unfortunately, but we managed through it. Other than that a few minor things here and there, but overall we enjoyed our stay.

The management was very attentive, but the property was terrible. Dirty counters,sheets, floors, bathrooms. Ants in the living room since we walked through the door. Very dirty place. Will not book again.
