L'Appart' - Ideal for a stay in the city center, near the Lake

Discover the city centre and its lively market, its cobbled streets and the beautiful canals of Little Venice of the Alps.
This apartment can accommodate 2 people.

The room has a bed 160x200 (King Size).
The apartment, on the 2nd floor without elevator, is equipped with a TV, wifi, and all the necessary amenities to have a good stay such as a Nespresso coffee machine.
The bathroom is equipped with a shower and separate toilet.

⚠️ Unless indicated: in France the bathroom is composed (of a shower or a bath), the toilet is departed. We remain at your disposal for any further information on this subject.

Linen will be provided for your stay, sheets, towels and kitchen towel.
The accommodation is located on the 2nd floor without elevator.

Many restaurants and shops within walking distance; you can get around without a car during your stay.
The lake is a 5 min walk away. Bike rental nearby (a superb bike path runs around the lake).

️ The apartment is located in a pedestrian street. Parking is possible in the nearby streets (paying during the day but free in the evening and on Sundays) or at the underground car parks Sainte Claire or Bonlieu.

Annecy, capital of Haute-Savoie, nestled on the shores of its lake in a mountain setting, is known for the quality of its environment and its quality of life.
Enjoying a remarkable site downstream of the lake, the city has managed to maintain its architectural and historical heritage.

⏰ Arrivals are possible every day from 4pm.

If the accommodation is available earlier we will be happy to welcome you before 4pm. This can only be confirmed the same day.
In the same way on the day of your departure, a late check-out will be allowed if the accommodation is not picked up the same evening.
To ensure your peace of mind until your train departs, we strongly advise you to use the Lockin luggage locker at 2 rue Jean Jaurès in Annecy to leave your suitcases in complete safety.
