Lancefield Quay is adjacent to the SECC conference centre and SSE Hydro arena which are home to some of the largest events, concerts and conferences held in the UK. The new BBC, STV and Science Centre building can be reached within 5 minutes walking time using one of the pedestrian bridges over the river. The new Transport Museum is located within 1.5km from apartment further down the River Clyde.

The Scottish Exhibition & Conference Centre (SECC) Heights plus the Clyde Auditoriumare home to some of Glasgow's biggest concerts and comedy performances and they are both within 300m of the building.

A short walk across the water is The Quay offering entertainment for families including themed restaurants, cinema complex and bowling. Alternatively you could take a short walk to Argyle Street in Finnieston and enjoy some of the fantastic selection of bars, coffee shops and restaurants which are en-route to Kelvingrove Park, just ten minutes away.

    There is only one word for this apartment and it is one huge WOW! The apartment is fantastic and beautifully decorated and has everything that was needed, the bed´s were very comfortable & the shower in the en suite is excellent. There are two balconies with brilliant view´s, one of the River Clyde & the Squinty bridge which is lit up at night, the other is the SECC which is also lit up at night time. The city Sightseeing bus hop-on hop-off has a stop across the road, it goes too all the tourist attractions and most have guides on them who know everything there is to know about Glasgow´s history. The local´s are very friendly & helpful so if you get lost (like we did) just ask and they will help. We will definitely be going back. It wasn´t easy to find the first time, the taxi driver didn´t know where it was but after that it was no problem..

    Well equipped apartment with modern furnishings. Comfortable beds .Very quiet and quiet area. Bus stop right outside. Several really good restaurants about 10 min walk from lgh.

    The flat was as described, clean and very comfortable. Everything was catered for in the kitchen with tea, coffee, kitchen roll etc. Really great! Will be sure to book again if visiting Glasgow SEC.

    The apartment looks out on to the Hydro and the Squinty Bridge which is beautiful at night when it is lit up. I would highly recommend this gorgeous apartment. The space that it provides as an alternative to hotel accommodation is incredible.

    Conveniently located close to the train station and pedestrian centre, the Quays and public transport (2 min walk from the apartment), while being isolated from the noise of the city. Apartment sufficiently spacious, clean, modern and very well equipped (TV, washing machine, dishwasher, vacuum cleaner...). Comfortable bed and sofa, 200 TV channels - Excellent

    The apartment was very well appointed, great views and very large. It was in a good location near some attractions and about a 20 minute walk to the University of Glasgow as well as the City Center and about a 10 minute walk to West end restaurants on Argyle street. It was also very easy to call and get picked up for uber and taxis and the facility also had a parking space available. We would definitely stay here again.
