Our guests our able to access these apartments by an electronic lock that is on the door. We send out the code to the door the day before your arrival. Please note this apartment is at the top of a flight of stairs.

This apartment is located in one of the most desirable neighborhoods in Johnson City, TN. Guests can bike or walk to downtown parks and restaurants. Plus, guests get to enjoy the quiet peaceful setting of being right outside of the downtown noise. This apartment is located in the perfect place to enjoy all that Johnson City has to offer.



Getting Around:

Most people get around by car, however, this apartment is located close enough to many restaurants, parks, breweries, and more to bike or walk. Founder's Park, Wild Wings Cafe, White Duck Taco, Yee-haw Brewery, and more are only .5 a mile away.

While we welcome pets in our homes, we do charge a flat fee to cover the extra cleaning costs and resources needed to ensure the removal of pet hair and dander to the best of our ability and that the space is thoroughly cleaned for future guests. We strive to offer a welcoming environment for everyone, including those with pets, and this fee helps us keep our properties in excellent condition. We kindly ask that pets be kept off of furniture, including beds. Any evidence of pets on furniture may result in additional fines.

We allow a maximum of two (2) pets/service animals(DOGS ONLY), in our homes. All pets must be crate-trained and house-broken. We pride ourselves on impeccable cleanliness and this helps us maintain our standard for future travelers.

Please note that for reservations of 28 days or longer, the cleaning fee is increased to $150. This adjusted fee may not be automatically reflected in the total shown at checkout during the booking process. If applicable, it will be communicated and then added separately prior to your stay.     We loved the Zen simplicity of this rental. Communication was great, especially about their expectations since I was bringing my dog with me. They were very accommodating and pet friendly. I would recommend bringing your own sheets to cover furniture and bedding if you have a furry dog. It will help with cleanup and prevent extra, unexpected charges. The location was fantastic. Central to everything we wanted to do in the Tri-Cities area. Walkable to downtown Johnson City and Founders Park. Highly recommend.

    The location of this property is ideal if you are wanting a place close to ETSU, restaurants and downtown Johnson City. The neighborhood seems to be 'up and coming' and primarily residential, but it is quiet. We stayed in #6, which is small and quaint but very comfortable. Great amenities and an excellent place for a quick visit.
