The Space
The Amsterdam is a private 1-bedroom apartment located within Holland House, a charming Old Florida single-story home converted into a boutique lakeside community. We are situated in the heart of the vibrant Bayshore Arts District, offering a unique blend of nature and local culture.

The Amsterdam is 40% larger than our standard units and features:

Kitchenette: Includes a full-size refrigerator (no ice/water dispenser) and cooking essentials.

Guest Access
Think of Holland House as a small, intimate resort. You have your own private entrance and a private screened lanai to enjoy the tropical breeze. You also have full access to our shared backyard oasis, which includes:

Amenities: Use your BBQ grill, gather around the fire pit (no wood provided), or bring our fishing rods.
