Lakefront Artist's Studio- Relax in Luxury!

This was the second time we have stayed at this property because we really like it. It’s really quiet , in good neighborhood with sidewalks, shopping and restaurants nearby. The view from the backyard is really pretty overlooking the lake

Lovely studio apartment with stunning lake view We had a wonderful stay at this artistic, cozy, and relaxing studio apartment in College Park. The location was perfect for us, walking distance from our son, in a quiet, friendly neighborhood. We really enjoyed the backyard garden with outdoor seatings, wonderful pool area and a magnificent view of Lake Silver, so relaxing and peaceful. The indoor space is neat with a comfy bed, small kitchen and large shower in the bathroom. Thanks for having us Joan. Hope to stay here next time we visit Orlando. Highly recommend!!

Quiet neighborhood.

Another fantastic stay! Located in a quiet, peaceful neighborhood and close to many restaurants, with a lovely view of the lake and a great landscaped backyard - with a pool. We are already looking forward to our next visit!

If you’re looking for a convenient location on a quiet waterfront neighborhood, this is for you. Our host took the time to greet us and was very responsive to any of our questions and concerns. We enjoyed having a private access from our living space to the waterfront. Nice sitting area to enjoy the outdoors.Thank you for offering an excellent place to stay.

My husband and I were in town to visit our son. This studio apartment was just the perfect size so quaint and cozy. Loved all the artwork on the walls. The entrance to the apartment was private and we enjoyed morning walks in the neighborhood and felt very safe. The bed was really comfortable and the air conditioning worked great. We loved sitting out in the Adirondack chairs by the lake under the mossy oak trees. We had a wonderful stay and the view of the lake was so pretty. It was really hard to leave this place and we are so looking forward to staying here again. Julie

Peaceful and quiet.

Felt very comfortable and safe. Oversized shower so nice, kitchen had everything, comfy bed. Liked the artistic extras, Annabelle (kitty) and nice lake view.

This is an adorable place, close to all that College Park has to offer, and also close to lots of other attractions in the vicinity. It's very comfortable, clean, and surprisingly private from the main house. Excellent cooling and heating system too!

We had a fantastic stay at this home! The house was beautiful, very clean, and in a great location—within short distance to many amenities. The views were absolutely breathtaking, and waking up by the river with a cup of coffee was incredibly relaxing. The host was very responsive and quickly answered any questions we had, making our stay even more enjoyable. Truly a wonderful experience—highly recommend!
