Stayed Oct 2, 2025The property was clean, and the host was very nice. As expected in a basement apartment, you do hear noise upstairs. The bathroom was lacking soap and washcloths, but we bought a bar of soap to shower. Be advised the tv has no cable or streaming service. There are no current tv shows, only very old ones on the LG channel. Overall our stay was adequate.

Stayed Sep 5, 2025The property was extremely clean and conveniently located. Just note there’s no AC, and the host lives upstairs—this is mentioned in the listing but easy to miss. You can hear footsteps from above, which was very noticeable early in the morning. Also, if someone’s using the couch, there weren’t enough pillows to make it comfortable. Checkout details were provided through a separate website, not directly through VRBO, which caused a bit of confusion. While the property wasn’t the right fit for our group, it could still work well for others who don’t mind these aspects.

Stayed Jul 3, 2025This was the first time staying in an owner occupied VRBO. It was okay, however it make us feel extra sensitive to the house rules Quiet 10pm etc. the property itself is very nice and clean as well. Location is about 20 minutes from Burlington. Cute little town with a few restaurants. I made a few recommendations to the host hoping it’ll help make future guests stay more comfortable.

Stayed Feb 28, 2025We had a very relaxed girls weekend (3 of us) and this was the perfect space for us. Lovely living room space to hang out during the day and very comfy beds to sleep in. Tons of food and cute cafes in the area! I would highly recommend this Vrbo!
