Lovely spacious apartment in excellent location Helpful & friendly welcome from our host

This is like a brand new apartment in a 200 year old building. It is on the third floor (deuxieme etage) and has a nice view of the 15th century church. The area is VERY quiet...no cars on the street. The lighting is very bright, with lots of electrical plugs. The bed was an excellent queen size bed. There is good free parking just over a block away. Everything is easily walkable...the castle is only about an easy, flat, 10 Minute walk. There are many excellent restaurants close by. The owner, Pascale, was the perfect host, speaks perfect English, and was very helpful.

The apartment was perfect! Exactly as advertised. It was right in the centre of Amboise on the main pedestrian street, with easy access to everything. Pascale was terrific and very responsive. Highly recommend the place. Thanks so much.

The apartment is lovely, stylishly decorated with everything you need. It is a five minute walk from the centre of Amboise, which is great, near to everything, but not on top of it. Pascale was lovely, helpful and always good on the communications. She even gave us a lift from the train station. We had a fantastic stay.

Quaint, centrally located character apartment in the heart of Amboise. Walking distance everywhere in the main post of town. Literally 10 steps from a fabulous boulangerie and right on the main street.

We loved this property for its location, cleanliness, and the attentiveness of the owner, Pascale. There are two flights of stairs to go up, but even with heavy, wine filled suitcases, we didn’t find them too difficult. If you’re driving there are several options within easy walking distance of the apartment. We would absolutely stay here again!

We stayed in Amboise for three days and really appreciated the apartment hosted by Pascale! It was great to have a spot where we could cook for ourselves, but also have plenty of recommendations for meals out. The listing is exactly as described, with two flights of narrow stairs to navogate - we were fine with our two roller soluitcases and backpacks. Pascale also kindly picked us up from the train station in the impending rain and was very helpful with getting us situated at check in. We would defintiely stay in this prime location again!

This was a great apartment in central Amboise, ideal as a base for exploring the Loire Valley. The flat has everything you need for a holiday with a bakery opposite, great restaurants and a Carrefour local supermarket close by. Pascale is the perfect host and the whole stay was very relaxing. Strongly recommend!

Clean apartment in a great location in the heart of town. Modern inside a very old building with all the comforts you need. Pascale left a bottle of champagne and some fruit from her garden. She made it a point to meet us and offered any assistance. You could walk to many restaurants and parking near by.

Excellent week in Amboise. Nice, very attentive hostess, an excellent location and a nice apartment, fully equipped. Very good restaurants in the area and even in the street with one highlight: L'ecluse
