Stayed Jul 29, 2023Overall the property was very good. The only reason I did not give it a 5 was because the laundry machines did not work properly and there was not sufficient hot water on the last day. Juan Carlos was easy to communicate with, location is very good, and it was well appointed and clean.

Stayed Nov 9, 2022This was a excellent apartment ,with everything in it you need ..home from home .!!. Comfortable and convenient to get to anywhere from here ....shops and Restaurants a short walk... Juan Carlos was excellent in communicating when asking for any advice.... I recommend this host and his apartment after spending 6 weeks here and I will be returning again . Many thanks Juan Carlos for making our stay so enjoyable...

Stayed Sep 30, 2022Juan C Alfonso is an excellent host. Very attentive to any questions or needs. The property is in great condition. Its amenities provide all one might need --just like being home. Great location, near Unicentro shopping center and Exito supermarket. Great stay!

Stayed Jun 2, 2021My sister and I rented an apartment from Juan Carlos and we had a great time. I travelled from NYC and communication was perfect and the apartment was exactly as advertised. The building was very secure and the doorman was great and extremely attentive. We are in our 70’s and we felt very safe. We were able to walk to everywhere we needed and there is a beautiful park nearby. Juan Carlos was very accommodating to all our needs and answered all our questions. I would highly recommend!

Stayed Dec 31, 1969Great place, close to unicentro mall, everything you need in an apartment, helpful and pro active host. I ll be back to this apt.
