Stayed Jun 2, 2025Great place that was very clean and as advertised. Just a block from the beach and a great coffee shop. Others mentioned parking - dedicated parking is available- it’s a bit tight getting in and out but very doable and can fit 2 cars.

Stayed Mar 17, 2025The location was perfect & the space was very comfortable. The decor is great & felt clean & bright. The parking was really tight for our big vehicle & we had some issues with the bathroom (slow drain in sink & shower, shower head actually fell & hit my daughter in the head). We also didn’t have dish towels or enough wash cloths. Otherwise, it was a great stay. We enjoyed the beach & Wilmington.

Stayed Dec 13, 2024We enjoyed our stay at the Casa Del Sol. Very cute and stylish third floor condo. Check-in and check-out were easy. Owners were very responsive. Nice view of the ICW from the living room and short walk to beach access.

Stayed Aug 3, 2024This place looks just like the photos. The beds were super comfy and there were plenty of extra pillows and blankets. I almost knocked off a star for the parking situation - it’s pretty awful - but the rest of the place made up for it.
